debate #3, october 19. for the last large audience before november 8 election, trump proved that he opposes america and the 200+ year election process. again, he denied conclusions from the secretary of homeland security and director of national intelligence who concluded that russia is interfering with the us election (for trump's benefit). he refused to say that he would accept the results of the election, once again supporting a pro-russian position. trump mimics putin's foreign policy objectives. trump will not stick up for democracy or america, instead praising dictators as smarter than us leaders. he wants nuclear proliferation and praises russia's nuclear arsenal as superior to the us. eggregiously, trump claimed that the coalition campaign involving hundreds of millions of us dollars, hundreds of us planes/tanks/other vehicles and thousands of us military to remove isis from mosul in iraq was simply a conspiratorial ploy to get hillary clinton elected. and, as usual, trump demeaned women, eg calling his many accusers of sexual assaults like those he bragged about on videotape all liars. trump repeated his need for a deportion force to remove 15 million people and their families from the us. trump lied again and again. trump's son, don jr, stated after the debate that the presidency would be a "step down" for his father. donald trump is not a true american, is a puppet of putin and is unsuitable for public service (something he has never done before) — especially as president of the united states, the most profound position in the world. Trump took out full-page ads in 1989 in major newspapers calling, among other things, for the death penalty to be reinstated in New York. Trump, however, still is not buying their innocence. He wants these innocent african americans dead. And, according to trump, "laziness is a trait in blacks. You're living in poverty, you have no jobs, your schools are no good."

Over and over, Donald Trump says that he will run the country the way he runs his business: cheating, lying, going bankrupt, breaking laws, violating the Constitution, urging everyone to watch sex tapes and attacking women, educated Americans, security experts, the military, the disabled, immigrants and Muslims. Just as Trump attacked Senator McCain for not being a war hero because he was captured (and tortured for years), October 3, Trump attacked some veterans with PTSD or have commited suicide. If they were strong, not weak and lazy, they wouldn't have PTSD or committed suicide.
Over and over, Trump has proved his lack of patriotism. He rarely has donated to the community from his own pocket. He invites Russian cyberattacking in the US. He cultivates his business interests in Russia against US interest. He claims that the military is a disaster, is the least prepared ever and our generals are fools. He pursued business in Cuba at the height of its illegality. He prefers Iran to have nuclear weapons in 2017. He rented office space to an Iranian bank that has been determined to be linked to terrorism and to have collected information for the Iran nuclear program. Trump is the candidate of Putin and ISIS.

Against Americans: "HALF of Americans don't pay income tax despite crippling govt debt." Freeloaders they are according to Trump, although none as large as Trump. Against hedge funders: "The hedge fund guys (gals) have to pay higher taxes ASAP. They are paying practically nothing." Against media and amazon.com founder: "The @washingtonpost loses money (a deduction) and gives owner @JeffBezos power to screw public on low taxation of @Amazon! Big tax shelter. If @amazon ever had to pay fair taxes, its stock would crash and it would crumble like a paper bag." Against Barrack Obama: "@BarackObama who wants to raise all our taxes, only pays 20.5% on $790k salary." Trump claims: "Trump is an American that will pay more taxes in one year than you pay in your entire life." In one year alone, Trump reported a PERSONAL, not business, loss of $916 million - an incredible business failure. He has rarely paid income taxes, even though he bragged about making $964 million "this year." He says this is "smart." His campaign says, "He is a genius," for not paying taxes. Trump's campaign said October 2, "A man who has this kind of economic genius is a lot better for the United States than a woman" The imigrants despised by Trump pay taxes. Bottom line: Trump, claiming to be worth $11 billion (that's $11,000 million) paid little or nothing to support our troops, veterans, national security, public health, education, roads, research, government services, national parks and more. He paid little or nothing to help America or Americans who support his lifestyle and comfort with their taxes. If all Americans did what Trump does, pay no taxes, the country would crash. Furthermore, Trump's personal charity turns out to be just that, a tax-free charity for Trump to corrupt politicians, pay business debts and purchase community awards. And, his FEC financial report that he brags about so much is almost certainly fraudulent; for one thing, it is not an officially audited statement by licensed professionals, it is a list of numbers off the top of his head. His boasted net worth is bogus. Unquestionably, Trump would do in the White House what he did throughout his career. Lie, cheat, ridicule, make money. (for releasing Trump's 1995 tax return, Trump, as usual, threatened to sue The New York Times, showing once again his disdain for the Constitution and his use of frivolous lawsuits to stifle criticism) Trump is a bogus business success using his last gasp for glory. Should he lose, expect another bankruptcy to add to his previous four.
Before the 1995 tax return revealed October 1, leading him to not pay income taxes thereafter for up to 18 years, we know that Trump did not pay income taxes 1978, 1979, 1984 and at least two other years during the 1990s in addition to 1995. The last year we know that Trump paid taxes is 1977. His 1984 return is interesting in that he claims to be a consultant that had zero income but $600,000 in expenses. Trump is a loser whose celebrity and sex talk has tricked supporters to discard the meaning of America.
Underneath the Trump's reported loss of $916 million on his 1995 personal tax return is...what comprises that loss. Paper or real? (paper loss example: $100 million project in which Trump puts up $1 million and bank puts up $99 million...project fails...Trump was permitted to take a $100 million loss after risking only $1 million) He proudly says his net worth is based on how he is feeling, not facts. Is the largest loss ever reported real? Was it based on a feeling like his net worth boasts are? How can the world's most successful business man, according to Trump, lose so much in only one year? How much has he reported in losses over his life? Billions?
No wonder Trump will not release his tax returns. Very likely, they contain explosive, fraudulent and likely illegal information as well as extensive evidence of massive business mismanagement.
Trump's response to the release of three pages of one of his approximately 50 tax returns: annouonce to rally cheers that Hillary Clinton committed adultery (egregiously false), claim his adultery is ok because everyone does it, physically mock Clinton for having pneumonia the way he did to mock a disabled reporter, call Clinton crazy, threaten to to sue The New York Times to its end, send his surrogates to the media to exonerate their serial adultery and attack women, claim he is better for the US than a woman AND that he is a genius for losing $916 million in 1995. Trump continues to misdirect everyone to his 104-page FEC financial disclosure even though it is fiction without any formal audit for validity.

Trump has no basis to be President. He mostly failed in business. His instrument has been fraud. His charities are mostly bogus. He does not support America through taxes, he doesn't pay them. He attacks Clinton for not having stamina, but fell apart after a half hour in Debate #1. He attacks Clinton for being linked with business (speculation), but claims to own 500 businesses himself. He attacks Clinton for single handedly causing the Iraq War while he supported the Iraq War as did virtually all Republican members of Congress and was actually created by a Republican President he now says is guilty of war crimes. He promises to repeatedly violate the Constitution. His basis is lies, corruption and vulgarity.
Donald Trump said at Debate #1, regarding decades-old nuclear policy, that he will change it. "I would certainly not do first strike. Once the nuclear alternative happens, it's over." Trump wants the US to be bombed first with nuclear weapons before he will act to protect the US. Um, after Russia destroys the US, it will be too late Mr. Trump. Yet another pro-Russian position of Trump to ruin America.
Debate #2 couldn't have been a sleezier and more dominating Donald Trump. (see lower right column for discussion of Debate #1) Parents had to disallow their children from watching. It was a fantasy come true for the alt right and 30-year-long conspiracy machine against President Clinton and Secretary Clinton. While Trump supported President Clinton and trashed his sex accusers during trhe 1990s, Trump turned the day into a rape show, including hosting an ugly exploitive 'press conference' right before the debate abusing four women as political sex objects. Trump looked like a predator, leering and hovering over Clinton. Trump came with a suicide vest to explode the Republican Party. He blamed Republicans and his first campaing manager, Corey Lewandowski, claimed that RNC Chair, Reince Prebius, was a weak and feckleess leader. Trump's current campain manager warned elected Republicans to support Trump or else and blamed members of Congress for assaulting women. Trump supporter, Newt Gingrich, called the GOP bedwetters. Trump surrogate, Rudy Giulanni, said there is a war between Republican 'insiders' and Trump. Trump degraded an important event by turning it into a Reality TV absurdity. Virtually everything Trump said was a lie and outrageous. Trump stoked Islamaphobia and racism. Trump handed ISIS and all terrorists a 'yuge' gift of support. He inspired #MuslimsReportStuff, generating thousands of comments (eg, "I'm a Muslim, and I would like to report a crazy man threatening a woman on a stage in Missouri." "Need to report I saw an orange haired man on my TV scaring children" "I saw armed jihadists curse the US gov & swear they'd fight to the death but turned out they were white supremacists.") He announced that he has not spoken to his VP candidate, Governor Michael Pence, and that he disagreed with his resolution for the extreme Aleppo, Syria crisis (Pence called for strong response against Russia. However, Putin is Trump's collaborator against democracy and Hillary Clinton, and does not to criticize Russia's war crimes in Syria.) Trump exonerated Putin from hacking the US presidential election, contrary to all evidence and official conclusions of the Department of Homeland Security and Director of National Intelligence. Trump had the audacity to credit Russia with fighting ISIS in Syria. In fact, Russia is committing mass war crime by almost entirely bombing and killing thousands of Syrians and preventing humanitarian aid, not ISIS terrorists. Like a dictator, Trump announced his 'presidential' plan to imprison Hillary Clinton and called her the devil. Illegal since Richard Nixon's extremes, Trump will order the Department of Justice to institutionalize Trump's vendetta against Hillary Clinton with a Special Prosecutor. Again, this is the standard dictator response to their adversary, jail them, sometimes execute them. Trump boasted about paying no federal income taxes. Trump concluded, "How stupid is our country." And, Trump's sniffles were back.
What Trump said and how he said it during Debate #2 exemplified the conclusions of Foreign Policy magazine, which had never before offered a Presidential endorsement. "A Donald Trump presidency is among the greatest threats facing America, and the Republican standard-bearer is the worst major-party candidate for the job in U.S. history. The dangers Trump presents as president stretch beyond the United States to the international economy, to global security, to America’s allies, as well as to countless innocents everywhere who would be the victims of his inexperience, his perverse policy views, and the profound unsuitability of his temperament for the office he seeks. The litany of reasons Trump poses such a threat is so long that it is, in fact, shocking that he is a major party’s candidate for the presidency. The recent furor over his vile behavior with women illustrates the extraordinary nature of his unsuitability, as does his repudiation by so many members of his own party — who have so many reasons to reflexively support their nominee. Trump has played into the hands of terrorists with his fearmongering, with his sweeping and unwarranted vilification of Muslims, and by sensationalizing the threat they pose. He has promised to take punitive actions against America’s Pacific trading partners that would be devastating to the world economy and in violation of our legal obligations. He has dismissed the science of climate change and denied its looming and dangerous reality. He has promoted a delusional and narcissistic view of the world, one in which he seems to feel that the power of his personality in negotiations could redirect the course of other nations, remake or supplant treaties, and contain those tyrants he does not actually embrace. He has repeatedly denigrated the U.S. military — its leadership, service members, veterans, and the families who stand behind them. He has also derided the intelligence community. Many of the most prominent Republican national security and foreign-policy specialists have repudiated him publicly. Indeed, he is not simply seen as a dangerous candidate by members of the Democratic Party, but virtually no single credible GOP foreign-policy advisor has joined his team. This is because Trump either undercuts or has placed himself in opposition to the best foreign-policy traditions of the Republican Party and to the standards and ideals of every GOP administration in modern history. He has treated the press with derision, demeaning individual reporters, and his campaign has employed exclusionary policies that targeted specific news organizations, suggesting a complete disregard for the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. He has shown such a complete disregard for the truth that he has arguably done more than any other single individual to seek to usher in a new and unwelcome post-fact era in America’s political debate. That is not just odious but if it becomes more accepted could compromise and undercut governance in the United States for generations to come. His proposed policies on immigration and for dealing with Muslims in America show scorn for the Fourth Amendment. Based on a lifetime of statements and actions, Donald Trump has revealed himself to be a racist and, again and again, a misogynist. Throughout this election he has cynically embraced the support of white supremacists and anti-Semites. He would therefore put at risk our way of life, our freedoms, and our alliances. His reckless behavior has already undermined America’s standing internationally. Hillary Clinton is a quality candidate who is unquestionably well-prepared to lead this country. What is more, we do not think it is a small thing that by her election she will be righting a deep wrong that has compromised U.S. democracy since its inception: the exclusion of women from its highest offices. Were she to be elected as this country’s first woman president, not only would it be historic and send an important signal about both inclusiveness and Americans’ commitment to electing candidates who have distinguished themselves on their merits, but she would enter office having already put down one great threat to the United States of America — the grotesque and deeply disturbing prospect of a Donald Trump presidency."
However, Trump told the truth once during the debate, concluding about HIllary Clinton, "She's a fighter. She doesn't quit. She doesn't give up. But she does fight hard and she doesn't quit and she doesn't give up. And I consider that to be a very good trait. And, I respect that."
The morning after Debate #2, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, the highest ranking Republican, concluded that he would neither defend nor campaign with Trump, effectively conceding that Clinton will win the election. GOP prosecutors harshly criticized Trump's plan to create a Special Prosecutor to Hillary Clinton as dictatorships do. Abhorrent, absurd and terrifying they said. "This (Trump) statement demonstrates the clear and present danger that Trump presents to our justice system. For a president to ‘instruct’ an attorney general to commence any prosecution or take any particular action is abhorrent," Marc Jimenez said. Trump surrogates proclaimed that groping a woman's genitals against her will is not sexual assault, sounding like convicted criminals of sexual assault. It was increasingly realized that Trump is the Breitbart candidate; the CEO Breitbart, a white-supremacist and Clinton conspiracy organization became CEO of Trump's campaign in August. Trump turned up his heat against the US government, Department of Justice and Republican Party. Trump seeks to destroy America with an uncivil war, inciting election day riots and ruination of the Republican Party.
September 23, the editorial board of The Cincinnati Enquirer concluded, "The Enquirer has supported Republicans for president for almost a century – a tradition this editorial board doesn’t take lightly. That’s why there is only one choice when we elect a president in November: Hillary Clinton. Trump is a clear and present danger to our country. He has no history of governance that should engender any confidence from voters. Trump has no foreign policy experience, and the fact that he doesn't recognize it – instead insisting that, "I know more about ISIS than the generals do" – is even more troubling. His wild threats to blow Iranian ships out of the water if they make rude gestures at U.S. ships is just the type of reckless, cowboy diplomacy Americans should fear from a Trump presidency. Trump brands himself as an outsider untainted by special interests, but we see a man utterly corrupted by self-interest. His narcissistic bid for the presidency is more about making himself great than America. Trump tears our country and many of its people down with his words so that he can build himself up."

Clinton has the temperament and experience to be president. Donald Trump does not. Trump hasn’t even let the American people scrutinize his tax returns, which could help the nation judge his claims of business acumen. She does not casually say things that embolden our adversaries and frighten our allies. Her approach to governance is mature, confident and rational. When the president of the United States speaks, the world expects substance. Not a blistering tweet. Whose hand do you want on the nuclear button? Picked a fight with a Gold Star family. Insulted POWs. Suggested a Latino judge can’t be fair because of his heritage. Proposed banning Muslim immigration. Each of those comments show a stunning lack of human decency, empathy and respect. Taken together they reveal a candidate who doesn’t grasp our national ideals. The president commands our nuclear arsenal. Trump can’t command his own rhetoric. Were he to become president, his casual remarks — such as saying he wouldn’t defend NATO partners from invasion — could have devastating consequences. Trump has praised Russian President Vladimir Putin, a thug who has made it clear he wants to expand Russia’s international footprint. Trump suggested Russia engage in espionage against Hillary Clinton — an outrageous statement that he later insisted was meant in jest. It was reckless. In a nation with an increasingly diverse population, Trump offers a recipe for permanent civil discord. In a global economy, he offers protectionism and a false promise to bring back jobs that no longer exist. The Arizona Republic endorses Hillary Clinton for president." As now expected from Trump supporters, death threats resulted.
September 29, The Detroit News. "Today this newspaper does something it has never done in its 143-year history: endorse someone other than the Republican candidate in a presidential contest. We abandon that long and estimable tradition this year for one reason: Donald J. Trump. The 2016 nominee offered by the Republican Party rubs hard against the editorial board’s values as conservatives and Americans. Donald Trump is unprincipled, unstable and quite possibly dangerous. He can not be president. For starters, Trump is not a conservative. Except, of course, of those who wrongly equate conservatism with racism, sexism and xenophobia. Trump has attracted support from too many of those who represent the worst of human nature. Evidence of Trump’s bullying side was presented during Monday night’s debate when Clinton recited his many crude and devastating put-downs of women. Few groups have been spared from his bile. We could see an administration that ruins U.S. trustworthiness in international finance by seeking to refinance terms with debt-holders, putting a singular economic power in the same basket as Greece. Vengeful, dishonest and impulsive, Trump is no Romney. This is why Hillary Clinton is the safest candidate for voters to choose in a complex world. This paper has not endorsed a Democrat for president in its 148-year history. But we endorse Clinton. She’s the safe choice for the U.S. and for the world, for Democrats and Republicans alike."

October 7, evangelicals petitioned, "We are Americans of African and European descent, Latino/a, Asian American, and Native American. We are women and men, as well as younger and older evangelical Christians. We come from a wide range of denominations, churches, and political orientations. We believe the candidacy of Donald J. Trump has given voice to a movement that affirms racist elements in white culture—both explicit and implicit. Regardless of his recent retraction, Mr. Trump has spread racist “birther” falsehoods for five years trying to delegitimize and humiliate our first African-American president, characterizing him as “the other” and not a real American citizen. He uses fear to demonize and degrade immigrants, foreigners, and people from different racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. He launched his presidential campaign by demonizing Mexicans, immigrants, and Muslims, and has repeatedly spoken against migrants and refugees coming to this country—those whom Jesus calls “the stranger” in Matthew 25, where he says that how we treat them is how we treat him. Trump has steadily refused to clearly and aggressively confront extremist voices and movements of white supremacy, some of whom now call him their “champion,” and has therefore helped to take the dangerous fringes of white nationalism in America to the mainstream of politics. Mr. Trump has fueled white American nationalism with xenophobic appeals and religious intolerance at the expense of gospel values, democratic principles, and important international relationships. He mocks women and the sanctity of marriage vows, disregards facts and the accountability to truth, and worships wealth and shameful materialism, while taking our weakening culture of civility to nearly unprecedented levels with continuing personal attacks on others, including attacking a federal judge based purely on his Mexican heritage, mocking a disabled reporter, and humiliating a beauty pageant winner for her weight and Latina ethnicity—to give just a few examples. We, undersigned evangelicals, simply will not tolerate the racial, religious, and gender bigotry that Donald Trump has consistently and deliberately fueled."
October 8, The Deseret News in Nevada, "For 80 years, the Deseret News has not entered into the troubled waters of presidential endorsement. We are neutral on matters of partisan politics. We do, however, feel a duty to speak clearly on issues that affect the well-being and morals of the nation. Accordingly, today we call on Donald Trump to step down from his pursuit of the American presidency. The idea that women secretly welcome the unbridled and aggressive sexual advances of powerful men has led to the mistreatment, sorrow and subjugation of countless women for far too much of human history. The most recent revelations of Trump’s lewdness disturb us not only because of his vulgar objectification of women, but also because they poignantly confirm Trump’s inability to self-govern. What oozes from this audio is evil. We hear a married man give smooth, smug and self-congratulatory permission to his intense impulses, allowing them to outweigh the most modest sense of decency, fidelity and commitment. Nor is this an isolated incident. His reprehensible sexual speech confirms troubling reports and outrageous outbursts that have dogged his campaign from the beginning. Another example appeared earlier this week detailing Trump’s language and behavior on his reality television show, "The Apprentice." When Donald Trump’s running mate Indiana Gov. Mike Pence visited Utah and met with members of the Deseret News Editorial Board, he assured us that Mr. Trump was a "good man" who held "the ideals and values” of Utahns. Likewise, while visiting the Beehive State, Donald Trump Jr. told us that his father was running because of the “values held dear in this community.”"
October 9, the Columbus, Ohio Dispatch broke its 100 year tradition and endorsed a Democrat. "Republican candidate Donald Trump is unfit to be president of the United States. The Dispatch traditionally has endorsed Republican presidential candidates, but Trump does not espouse or support traditional Republican values, such as fiscal prudence, limited government and free trade, not to mention civility and decency. We are disappointed that so many Republican leaders have accommodated a narcissistic, morally bankrupt candidate who is so clearly out of step with those values. He has proved himself a liar of epic proportion. He is a bigot, a braggart and an admirer of foreign thugs such as Russia’s Vladimir Putin. He is reckless and thin-skinned. He has demeaned Mexicans, demonized Muslims, insulted women and mocked the disabled. His economic policies, to the extent that they can be analyzed, would at least double the national debt. His call for punishing tariffs on foreign goods would trigger retaliation and ignite a trade war with disastrous results for employment and the standard of living in the United States. The stakes are too high to sit out this election and risk letting Trump misuse the awesome power of the presidency. The Dispatch urges voters to elect Hillary Clinton."
October 9, Wayne Grudem, evangelical leader based in Arizona, "I previously called Donald Trump a “good candidate with flaws” and a “flawed candidate” but I now regret that I did not more strongly condemn his moral character. I cannot commend Trump’s moral character, and I strongly urge him to withdraw from the election. His vulgar comments in 2005 about his sexual aggression and assaults against women were morally evil and revealed pride in conduct that violates God’s command, “You shall not commit adultery” (Exodus 20:14). His conduct was hateful in God’s eyes and I urge him to repent and call out to God for forgiveness, and to seek forgiveness from those he harmed. God intends that men honor and respect women, not abuse them as sexual objects."
October 10, Christianity Today, "Enthusiasm for a candidate like Trump gives our neighbors ample reason to doubt that we believe Jesus is Lord. They see that some of us are so self-interested, and so self-protective, that we will ally ourselves with someone who violates all that is sacred to us—in hope, almost certainly a vain hope given his mendacity and record of betrayal, that his rule will save us. What Trump is, everyone has known and has been able to see for decades, let alone the last few months. The revelations of the past week of his vile and crude boasting about sexual conquest—indeed, sexual assault—might have been shocking, but they should have surprised no one. He wantonly celebrates strongmen and takes every opportunity to humiliate and demean the vulnerable. He shows no curiosity or capacity to learn. October 12, The Salt Lake Tribune. "As it played out, his (Trump's ) entire campaign was based on divisive, bigoted and insulting rhetoric. On lies about how bad things are. On a promise to fix things by basically being a dictator. It was all designed to inflame a vocal minority of us who haven't adjusted to the fact that the America where white males brought home the bacon from secure factory jobs — and didn't have to deal with a globe of different ethnic backgrounds — is gone for good. Utah Republicans were perceptive enough to reject Trump in their March presidential caucus voting. Were they to support Clinton now, even by the narrowest of pluralities, it would send a strong message to the Republican Party to turn their backs on Trumpism and to work with Clinton where they can, rather than devote themselves to blocking her every move. Trump is astoundingly unfit. Thus are many good people casting around for some other choice. Many will be tempted to vote for a third party or an independent candidate, if only as a protest. Considering all options is always a good idea. But the fact is that the next president of the United States will be one of two people, one eminently qualified and painfully forged, the other a total disgrace. Serious voters will focus on that. And the best choice, without a doubt, is Hillary Clinton."
October 12, Liberty University students, "In the months since Jerry Falwell Jr. endorsed him, Donald Trump has been inexorably associated with Liberty University. We are Liberty students who are disappointed with President Falwell’s endorsement and are tired of being associated with one of the worst presidential candidates in American history. Donald Trump does not represent our values and we want nothing to do with him. Associating any politician with Christianity is damaging to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. But Donald Trump is not just any politician. He has made his name by maligning others and bragging about his sins. Not only is Donald Trump a bad candidate for president, he is actively promoting the very things that we as Christians ought to oppose. We are not proclaiming our opposition to Donald Trump out of bitterness, but out of a desire to regain the integrity of our school. While our president Jerry Falwell Jr. tours the country championing the log in his eye, we want the world to know how many students oppose him. We don’t want to champion Donald Trump; we want only to be champions for Christ."

October 15, Omaha World-Herald, endorsed a Democrat for the first time in 84 years, "The risk of a Donald Trump presidency is simply too great. His alienation of so many groups — women, the disabled, Muslim-Americans, former prisoners of war, the family of a Muslim soldier killed in action, Mexican nationals and Mexican-Americans — is too divisive. Trump shows a lack of statesmanship that is fundamental to serving in the Oval Office. Trump has repeatedly shown a disdain for our nation’s allies and alliances and an affection for its enemies. He has revealed a lack of command over key issues, such as the nation’s nuclear triad, Russian aggression and the significance of NATO alliances, paired with a propensity for unrealistic hyperbole, such as his promise to end all crime and violence in the country, or to build a wall on the U.S. border with Mexico and have the Mexican government pay for it, with no pragmatic path to achieve such aims. His claim that he would have Iranian gunboats “shot out of the water” for taunting a U.S. Navy ship shows a reckless response that could trigger yet another Middle East war. A man who lashes out impulsively when attacked should not be entrusted to command the world’s most powerful military. These issues, coupled with his statements regarding women, including the taped comments about grabbing women’s genitals and forcing kisses on them, simply make it too difficult to inspire confidence in him as president and commander-in-chief."
October 31, The Financial Times, "The contest between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump has provided high drama, amply demonstrated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s reckless, last-minute intervention in the saga of Mrs Clinton’s emails. But there must be no doubt about the gravity of the 2016 election, for America and the world. Mr Trump deals in denigration not diplomacy. He has abused allies, threatening to remove east Asia’s nuclear umbrella, sideline Nato and unleash trade wars. Mr Trump casts himself in the role of a western strongman to stand alongside the likes of Mr Putin. Mr Trump has demonstrated contempt towards American democracy itself. He has persistently raised the prospect of a rigged election and declined, even when pressed, to guarantee he would accept the result. He has threatened to jail Mrs Clinton. Such arrogance is unprecedented and it points to a fatal flaw in his character. The first role of the president is to be commander-in-chief, in charge of the world’s largest active nuclear arsenal. Mr Trump has a thin skin and a questionable temperament. For all his many years as a reality TV host, he is simply not ready for prime time."
November 5, The Economist. "A QUARTER of Americans born since 1980 believe that democracy is a bad form of government, many more than did so 20 years ago. The campaign has provided daily evidence that Mr Trump would be a terrible president. He has exploited America’s simmering racial tensions (see article). His experience, temperament and character make him horribly unsuited to being the head of state of the nation that the rest of the democratic world looks to for leadership, the commander-in-chief of the world’s most powerful armed forces and the person who controls America’s nuclear deterrent. As it happens, he has a set of policies to go with his personality. A Trump government would cut taxes for the richest while imposing trade protection that would raise prices for the poorest. We disagree with him on the environment, immigration, America’s role in the world and other things besides. His ideas on revenue and spending are an affront to statistics. We would sooner have endorsed Richard Nixon—even had we known how he would later come to grief."

Following Trump's order to harass voters at the polls, November 1, KKK, neo-Nazis and militias announced their plan to monitor urban polling places and suppress the black vote with thousands of poll watchers in all 50 states. KKK suppression of African American voters dates back to 1922, kept alive by Trump in 2016.)

Trump opted to purchase his steel and aluminum from Chinese manufacturers rather than United States corporations based in states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin." Trump wants such a dictatorship and a compelled 82% approval for destroying lives and country for personal gain (outside Russia, Putin's approval is 22%, 8% in US). Trump is so close to Putin that Trump says he knows how Putin views Hillary Clinton. September 8, Trump appeared on Russian Television trashing the United States and praising Putin. Trump admires Putin's leadership, notorious for the world's largest dictatorship, communism, lack of democracy, lack of American liberties and Constitution, ruining Russia's economy, illegally invading other countries, killing and jailing dissidents, spying on American businesses and government, hacking into US business and government computers, attempting to derail US elections in favor of Trump, joining with Syria and Iran against their citizens and the US, selling nuclear material to other dictators, threatening military planes and ships, cyberattacking Democrats ("a public service" according to Putin) and more. (Putin also shot down 2 civilian airliners, killing 500+) Just as Trump prefers Putin over President Barrack Obama, Trump prefers Hitler over the US President Delano Roosevelt and has no problem being compared to Hitler. Trump insists that Roosevelt did far worse than Hitler. Unpatriotic and un-American. Trump could be Putin's proxy against the US. Trump is an embarrassment to the US intended to weaken the US away from democracy and world leadership, and weaken the US in addressing terrorism. What would Reagan say about Trump and about Republican leaders enabling him?
Speaking of Hitler, review of a new book by Volker Ullrich reveal remarkable paralles with Trump. "Hitler was often described as an egomaniac who “only loved himself” — a narcissist with a taste for self-dramatization and what Mr. Ullrich calls a “characteristic fondness for superlatives.” Mr. Ullrich underscores Hitler’s shrewdness as a politician — with a “keen eye for the strengths and weaknesses of other people” and an ability to “instantaneously analyze and exploit situations.” Hitler had a dark, Darwinian view of the world. And he would not only become, in Mr. Ullrich’s words, “a mouthpiece of the cultural pessimism” growing in right-wing circles in the Weimar Republic, but also the avatar of what Thomas Mann identified as a turning away from reason and the fundamental principles of a civil society — namely, “liberty, equality, education, optimism and belief in progress.”"
Trump sells the worst. About African Americans he said, "You're living in poverty, you have no jobs, your schools are no good. Our African-American communities are absolutely in the worst shape they've ever been in before. Ever. Ever. Ever." Slavery, segregation and racist murders don't count to Trump. Following up, his campaign said, "There was no racism before Obama. And if you're black and you haven't been successful in the last 50 years, it's your own fault. You've had every opportunity, it was given to you." Trump is selling a segregated America, insisting that African Americans were better off with segregation (Jim Crow laws were passed in the 1800s and lasted until 1965. 'Jim Crow' became the slang term for African Americans. These laws, sometimes part of state constitutions, mandated the segregation of public schools, public places, and public transportation, and the segregation of restrooms, restaurants, and drinking fountains for whites and blacks. September 21, a frown on Trump's face changed to a 'yuge' smile when Don King, convicted of second degree murderer, used the N-word to endorse Trump and claimed that "negros" will always be separate from whites. Contrasting to Trump's many denigrations, President Bush said September 24, "I hope all of my fellow Americans come and look at this place. It is fabulous. The galleries celebrate not only African-American equality, but African-American greatness."
Attacking, again, Hillary Clinton for salvaging her only marriange, September 24, Trump invited Gennifer Flowers (affair with Bill Clinton during 1980s; Trump has often bragged about his affairs and the quality of his sexual relations) to be in the front row at the first debate. This Trump farce is disrepectful to women and to the presidency. Historically speaking, Trump's candidacy is a farce.
The prospect of Donald Trump representing the US around the world and as a role model for our children is disgusting. He is the modern definition of bigotry, racism, misogyny, dishonesty, cheating, instability, cruelty, xenophobia, vulgarity and sexism. To Trump, the size of a women's chest and her body weight means more than the content of their character. In no way is Trump prepared to lead America or be seen as a world leader. Consider how the room and the world would react should he address the UN. Consider his State of the Union speech, wherein he implements his campaign speeches claiming that American minorities live in hell, American generals are a disaster, women are sex objects only, fat women are banned from public view, a commission has been created to establish a minimum bust size for women, NATO is being disbanded, Russia is the best role model of leadership, his 10 year old son and a 400 pound man confined to bed know more about computer hacking than the CIA/NSA/FBI, Republican politicians are corrupt, American elections are rigged, the US economy is about to collapse but will be replaced with Trump Bitcoins, businesses with foreign offices have been confiscated and their operations ceased, global trade has been terminated, all 50 states have declared bankruptcy following his executive orders exploding their expenses, unemployment exceeded 90%, 11 million Hispanics have been imprisoned and soon to be deported, mass suicide have over run the medical system, hundreds of thousands of tortures are underway, millions of children have been killed from his bombing campaign in the middle east, cancellation of the Iran nuclear deal initiated production of Iran nuclear bombs, his sale of nuclear weapons around the world has been successful, nuclear weapons are about to be launched from Europe and the United States, his personal net worth is $100 trillion and growing fast, the riots of his supporters will be quickly ended, white supremacy and minority sterilization are now the law of the land, minority voting rights are hereby abolished, same sex marriages have been annulled, all politicians are under arrest, Medicare and universities have been abolished, coal is now the only allowed energy source because it keeps the planet warm, the Mississippi River has been converted to a pipeline for Trump Oil, product and food safety regulations are hereby abolished, elections have been abolished and replaced by patronage to Trump Industries, democracy has been replaced by the Trump monarchy, members of the platinum Trump Club holders cannot be sued, the Pope is not allowed in the US, a constitutional amendment is being drafted to abolish the judicial branch of government, the media is now controlled by the President in honor of President Putin of Russia, the military and the Department of Defense have been disbanded in favor of a profitable mercenary force business and the White House has been renamed Trump House, solid gold of course.
We are at a crossroads in American history. Donald Trump is a threat to our democracy. A con artist, propped up by a superficial media, could become President. The Dallas Morning News, which has endorsed every Republican candidate since 1964, concluded September 6, "Donald Trump is no Republican and certainly no conservative. Trump has displayed an authoritarian streak that should horrify limited-government advocates. This impulsive, unbridled New York real estate billionaire and reality-TV star wants to deport people who were born in the U.S. and don't meet his standard for loyalty. He has proposed banning all Muslims from entering the country, even those escaping Islamist rule, and won't rule out creating a database of Muslims already living here. He plans to profile muslims in the US, including Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Shaquille O’Neal, Janet Jackson and Mike Tyson. His open admiration of Russia's Vladimir Putin is alarming. Businesses who invest overseas, he says, should pay a hefty fine on imports. He says he supports killing the families of Muslim terrorists and allowing interrogation methods "a hell of a lot worse than waterboarding." His isolationist prescriptions put sound bites over sound policy: Invite the Russians into our elections. Bomb the Middle East into dust. Withdraw from NATO. We have no interest in a Republican nominee for whom all principles are negotiable, nor in a Republican Party that is willing to trade away principle for pursuit of electoral victory. Donald Trump is not qualified to serve as president and does not deserve your vote."
On the Intrepid aircraft carrier September 7 at a national security forum, Donald Trump said that "our generals have been reduced to rubble, they have been reduced to a point where it’s embarrassing to our country ." He plans on firing them, purging our military officer corp. He has a total disregard for our military development (it takes decades to prepare generals). Trump believes that our generals have done nothing to make the world safe, nothing to counter ISIS. This is a remarkable encouragement of terrorists and militant adversaries. He blamed, again, women for sexual assault in our military. He glowingly praised Vladimir Putin, enthralled by the dictator's alleged 82% approval in Russia, where death happens to dissidents. (Interestingly, already positing amnesty during August, Trump said at this forum that service in the millitary would be a path to citizenship for 'illegal' immigrants.)
Trump rails against the media BUT the media provides only superficial coverage of him, enabling Trump's bigotry and profanity. The media barely invesitgates Trump's past, barely holding Trump responsible for what he says against America and Constitution as well as for the unprecedented lack of preparation and policy proposals. The media provides no coverage of Trump's plans to corrupt the presidency as he did politicians for his financial gain. The media is responsible for making Trump possible, for his campaign and for his fraudulent career.
For example, if Clinton had made an illegal 2013 campaign contribution like Trump did to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi to interfere with criminal investigation of Trump's University, the media would go crazy. Trump's 'charity' foundation illegally paid $25,000 to Bondi for illegal pay for play, a few days after Trump's direct contact with Bondi and she received the $25,000 pay for play from Trump, Bondi dropped futher investigation of Trump's university fraud (September 6, Bondi admitted personally soliciting a political contribution from Donald Trump around the same time her office deliberated joining an investigation of alleged fraud at Trump University and its affiliates. After the check came in, Bondi's office nixed suing Trump, citing insufficient grounds to proceed. The illegal pay for play $25,000 was never returned. March 21, and IRS complaint was filed against Trump and Bondi. June 29, a bribery complaint was files with the US Attorney against Trump and Bondi. Trump personally reimbursed the $25,000 to the Trump Foundation, his first contribution to his foundation since 2008.). Pam Bondi said, "Of course I asked Donald Trump for a contribution." "When I want something I get it," Trump said. "When I call, they kiss my ass. It's true." During a primary debate, Trump boasted, "When they call, I give. And you know what? When I need something from them, two years later, three years later, I call them, and they are there for me." Last year, Trump said, “When you give, they do whatever the hell you want them to do.” September 5, even a Trump surrogate (Steve Cortes) stated that this was corrupt and illegal. Trump brags about his long career of pay for play to corrupt politicians.
Trump used $264,631 of his charity foundation's money to repair a fountain outside one of his hotels. Trump also illegally paid $258,000 from his foundation charity personal litigation settlements. Tax exempt charities cannot legally pay personal bills or buy things for personal use, (eg, $30,000 for two paintings of Trump). No problem for Trump because the FBI supports Trump. Since 2008, all money donated to Trump's 'foundation' was from unrelated individuals, businesses and charities. Trump contributed nothing. Trump does not worry about being prosecuted because he will use more charity money to corrupt the process. September 20, Trump said, "It’s called OPM. I do that all the time in business. It’s called other people’s money. There’s nothing like doing things with other people’s money." Perhaps, but it is illegal to use tax-exempt charities to pay personal debts and purchase personal items.
In 2014, the Trump Foundation donated $100,000 to Citizens United, another political campaign (it is illegal for a tax-free foudation to donate to politics) for use against the 2013 still-pending federal lawsuit filed by the NY Attorney General against Trump's fake university scam. This was the largest contribution of Trump Foundation, exceeding the foundations donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society ($50,000), the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute ($25,000) and the Police Athletic League ($25,000). Trump, described the NY AG as “a low-life, a sleazebag” who was part of a “cesspool of corruption” in New York politics. Trump boasts of corrupting dozens, perhaps hundreds, of elected politicians. Corrupting politicians from the Oval Office is Trump's biggest dream of his life.
Trump also directed personal income be channeled through his foundation, bypassing required income taxes. Trump claims that his illegal activities were approved by his lawyers. However, his foundation paid only $211 in legal services over twenty five years; that's less than $10/year for foundation lawyers.
Trump also funded his presidential election campaign with his 'charity' by donating to outside groups assisting in his campaign. Illegal of course.
Furthermore, Trump's charity itself is illegal. It was never certified. Trump had not obtained the state registration required to ask for donations. By not obtaining the certification, the Trump Foundation avoided audits that would have determined illegal and egregious transactions that benefited the Republican presidential nominee and his businesses. Trump may be forced to return money that his foundation has already raised. The contributors, including when Trump actually contributed prior to 2009, have unwittingly committed tax fraud for deducting millions of dollars of contributions as charitable donations. [September 30, the New York Attorney General sent Trump a Cease and Desist letter against Trump's foundation, demanding that it cease operations in New York; Trump failed to register legally in order to avoid annual audits of his illegal operations. The NY AG ordered that Trump’s foundation provide all the financial audit reports it should have provided in prior years, when it raised money without legal permission. He said that if Trump’s foundation did not stop its fundraising and file the proper paperwork, that would be considered “a continuing fraud upon the people of New York.”]

He says, with a smirk, that he hates the media, but would not show up if the media were not there. Almost daily, Trump talks about losing the race and inciting anarchy. No wonder he will not disclose his tax returns, fearing revolt from his supporters. It appears that Trump is actually setting up a future TV network, having hired Fox News' Roger Ailes and Breitbart's Steve Bannon.
Donald Trump entered this presidential campaign because he is very rich, or so he says (Trump first ran for President in 2000, and then for Vice President in 2012). He says he is worth $11 billion, but offers no proof for his extravagant claim. He boasts that his net worth is based on his feelings and that we should believe him, a false claim he has used many times. One court ruled that he overstates his worth and hides his debts (over $3 billion, about a billion dollars from China). He claims that his richness enables the best mind and health the presidency has ever seen. He says he can fix everything, fixing immigration problems first by deporting 2 million people in the US without papers during the first hour of his presidency. He promises to (illegally) cancel the US citizenship for over one million Americans and deport them to the country where their parents came from (of course, exempting himself; Trump's mother was a German immigrant).
Trump says that he will run the country like he ran his notorious businesses. His audacity of corruption and greed has produced several compelling, documented biographies, the first major book published in 1992 (Trump. The Greatest Show on Earth by Wayne Barrett). A trove of such exposes were published in 2016 prior to the election. All but one (exorbitantly-priced apartments) of his trumpian businesses are bankrupt or gone (eg, 3 casinos, an airline, a fake university, market investment). He thrived on huge taxpayer subsidies, eg he received the largest tax break in NY state history to build the Grand Hyatt near Grand Central Station). While paying himself hundreds of millions of dollars, thousands of jobs were lost, hundreds of contractors ripped off and the public left to pay his trumped up losses.
His biographies all reveal a mostly apparent success based on smoke and mirrors, extreme cheating and NY mafia/Russian mob boss connections. He hired the NY Mafia's lawyer to help him corrupt politicians, cheat, threaten creditors, sell protection, manipulate the judiciary, sow conspiracies and commercialize his bravado. He told a reporter, "I can buy a US senator for $200,000." Trump must have loved the Godfather movie series. Trump still has a modeling agency hiring illegal immigrants as young as 14 years old. Trump's biggest pay day got him $100 million for selling the lease to the St. Moritz Hotel on Central Park, tricking the buyer into believing that the sale included the land (it didn't). He even sued the federal government (1973) to bury his record of racial bias in renting his 14,000 NY apartments (he paid the government hundreds of thousands of dollars to settle the case).
During the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s, Trump was considered a joke and world-class con man. He became the first well known financial fraud bilking the public for huge financial gain. He must have loved the movie Wall Street, having succeeded at many of the movie's financial scams for his gain and others' loss. Failure after failure was mixed with his grandiose reputation as a playboy. He was the talk of the town and the world, but not in a good way.
Trump prospered immensely for his TV show, the Apprentice, notably famous for his pronouncement, "You're Fired!" To Trump, being fired is a joke and way to publicly humiliate.
Why didn't a Republican give the warning of Hillary Clinton August 25 in Reno, NV? Other than saying that Trump is the definition of racist, Speaker Paul Ryan endorses Trump. Trump's speeches are steeped with racism and bigotry. Abhorrent was Trump's sales pitch to white Americans disparaging African- and Hispanic-Americans, "You're living in poverty, you have no jobs, your schools are no good." Trump suggests to whites that African-Americans cause crime, which only he can fix via unconstitutional and fantasy orders to police, although 75% of white murders are by whites. There is a long list of white terrorist murders, none of which meet Trump's standards for terrorist because they are not Muslim. Trump terrifies white Americans, blaming only minority terrorists. Trump suggests that Barrack Obama is illegitimate and the cause of crime because President Obama is an African American. Trump retweets putrid tweets of white supremacists, expanding their audience from a few dozen to Trump's 11 million Twitter followers. In Trump's words and deeds, white supremacists are jubilant. Initially behind the scenes, the leading alt-right bigot is now the CEO of Trump's campaign (Steve Bannon of Breitbart), a landmark achievement for radical extremists. Brannon supports white supremacists who threaten Republicans not supporting Trump with vile language and death threats. A small fringe element has taken over the Republican Party, aiming for the power of the presidency enabled by Trump's attraction to conspiracy theories. Trump blames Hillary Clinton for problems in the inner cities in states having Republican governors. One of Trump's biggest supporters, Alex Jones, says that 9/11 was perpetrated by the U.S. government and that the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax carried out by child actors. Trump is selling a racist ideology and religious tests like ISIS does. Think about the Trump's impact on our children. Already, there is a rise in hatred, fear and bullying in schools, rationalized by Trump's lessons in prejudice and paranoia (Southern Poverty Center's The Trump Effect). Think about Trump's x-rated language on TV. Do you allow your children to watch? Would you allow your children to quote Trump in your home? Would you let your children denigrate women, minorities, immigrants, charities, businesses, each other like Trump does? Or Trump supporters" For example, "You frothing libtard piece of shit, Islamic dog. Vote for the pathological, lying criminal, you fucking piece of shit. While you’re at it, go back and get fucked by your dirt bag, Islamic terror scum friends, slut. You know you’re a Muslim, you’re a cunt." November, Sid Miller, Texas Agriculture Commissioner called Clinton a "cunt."
Trump shows us who he is and who his motivators in every speech, every tweet and every press release. Trump has made white supremacy, xenophobia, and cheating on taxes and in business acceptable, all previously abhorrent until the media acquiesced to Trump. Trump's three marriages are treated superior to Clinton's saving her single marriage. Trump rails against Clinton's finances, foundation and health BUT refuses to provide his tax returns, credible financial information and a real medical report.
In addition to the military, Congress, the judiciary, those responsible for decades for protecting America, prisoners of war, Purple Heart recipients, thousands of Republican leaders and the President of the United States, Donald Trump hates mayors, governors, fire marshals, the press and the election system. Everyone and everything is a disaster and rigged. Trump hates democracy. About sending American citizens to Gitmo for trials and housing with terrorists, Trump said, "I would say [Americans] could be tried there, that would be fine." He even believes that winning the election is the only way for him to get into heaven, after a lifetime of lies, adultery, denigrations and cheating). Still, Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Leader Mitch McConnell support Trump! The future of the Republican Party is bleak.
So fearful and desperate Trump lives in a delusional world of lies and conspiracy theories animated with bragging, name calling, demeaning and threatening. He sees the world coming to an end, expecting everyone to join his darkness. He relies on extreme disrespect of his supporters, stoking their fears with ridiculous conspiracy theories (eg, his campaign claims that there were no terrorist actions against the United States in the eight years before President Obama was elected; in fact, the 9/11/2001 tragedy was the largest terrorist action in the county's history).
"I ALONE CAN FIX IT." (Donald Trump, Republican Convention, July 21, 2016) Fundamentally, this is anti-American, the recurring sales pitch of a tyrant. With no experience or record whatsoever Trump brags, over and over and over, singular superiority to everyone. Legislators, governors, mayors, generals, prior and current government leaders, judges, business and university leaders, our allies and America itself are incompetent disasters. As are we according to Donald Trump. As part of his fixing it, Trump plans Super Pacs to destroy Republicans Sen. Ted Cruz, Gov. John Kasich (funded with $20 million and $10 million, respectively) and a third persons yet to be named that is "such a small person (that he) hates to give him the publicity." He also plans vendettas against the judiciary and the American people. Trump is a bitter, greedy man.
Over and over, Trump solicits violence against political opponents. He promises to pay the legal bills for supporters who carry out his violent suggestions. He longs for the old days when protesters would be carried out in stretchers, and congratulates his supporters who assault protesters. He praises mass murderers, eg Saddam Hussein. He praises ruthless dictators, eg Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-un. He flames his supporters over false statements about gun control. Should the Democratic candidate win the election, Trump called for Second Amendment (ie, gun) remedies against the new President, a nod toward assassination as well as casting 2nd Amendment supporters as potential assassins (Former CIA Director Michael Hayden noted, "If someone else had said that outside the hall, he'd be in the back of a police wagon now, with the Secret Service questioning him." Speaker Paul Ryan's response, "It sounds like a joke gone bad. You should never joke about that. I hope he clears it up quickly." The Secret Service spoke with Trump about the dangerous charge because it placed their lives, American lives in danger.) Trump smiles when supporters chant "hang the bitch" and "kill the bitch", referring to his political rival. A Trump-endorsing state representative said that the Democratic candidate should be shot by a firing squad. Such encouragement emboldens his unbalanced angry supporters toward violence. We must not forget that violent political speech has often resulted in assassinations (Presidents Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, William McKinley and John Kennedy, Martin Luther King and presidential candidate Robert Kennedy), assassination attempts (eg, Presidents Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, George Bush, Barack Obama and many before them).
After his ridiculous convention and its disastrous aftermath, Trump expanded his Muslim ban, expanding it to even legal immigrants, to any country compromised by terrorism, including France, Germany, England, Spain, Belgium and Holland (ie, all NATO countries) in addition to the Philippines, Somalia and Uzbekistan as well as Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Malaysia, Morocco, Yemen and Pakistan (ie, all Muslim countries). Will Trump's next step be to ban movement from states compromised by terrorism (eg, New York, Florida, California, Texas)? A week after his convention, Trump once again praised Russia's president Vladimir Putin (Trump is proud of Putin saying that Trump is a genius), "Putin has much better leadership qualities. Obama is the most ignorant president in our history." Trump went even further, pleading for Putin and China to continue cyberattacking the Democratic candidate, a citizen of the United States, to find US national security information to use against the US and the Democratic candidate. This goes way beyond Watergate, when Nixon broke into Democratic headquarters to steal documents. Trump wants Russia and China to bolster his campaign. Trump wants Russia and China to engage in US politics in favor of Trump. This is an assault on the Constitution and treason, publicly calling on a foreign government to commit a felony against his American rival on his behalf. This is not law in order, this is criminal intent.
Trump says NATO is a disaster, "NATO is obsolete. We are giving them a free ride." (including Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia) Pay Trump or he will not honor decades of US commitment to them. Trump sees the European Union a threat to the US because it was formed, in his view, to diminish the US. For Trump, dissolution of the EU would be good for the US. It does not matter to Trump that all NATO countries and most Muslim countries joined the US response to 9/11 against terrorists. Admired by Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin also dislikes NATO.
Trump had only one modification to the Republican platform, denying weapons to Ukraine to fight Russian and rebel forces, contradicting the view of almost all Republican foreign policy leaders in Washington. Trump also recognizes Russia's annexation in 2014 of Crimea.
Because of Trump, the Republican Party is now anti-military, anti-NATO, anti-security, anti-war hero, pro-Russian, pro-dictator, anti-business, anti-trade, anti-family values, anti-American, anti-truth, anti-Muslim, anti-immigrant, anti-Hispanic and pro-cyberattacks against US national security. Trump's sociopathy has replaced Reaganism.
Trump stokes fear, America is out of control he says, to take control. He wants all new generals in our military, he despises Republican leaders, he wants to end government agencies, he wants us to divide. He wants to send the Democratic nominee to prison. He and his surrogates challenge criticism with the dismissive 'who cares response'. We do.
Among President Abraham Lincoln's greatest achievements was producing the end of racism. Donald Trump is determined to reverse this seminal American legacy for profit and hate with tyranny and bigotry. Abraham Lincoln said, "With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right as God gives us to see the right, let us strive on to finish the work we are in, to bind up the nation's wounds, to care for him who shall have borne the battle and for his widow and his orphan, to do all which may achieve and cherish a just and lasting peace among ourselves and with all nations." Donald Trump is the opposite, with charity toward none and malice toward all.
Trump is the best known face of bigotry, fraud, paranoia, shame, vulgarity, misogyny, lying, pessimism, revenge, darkness, incompetency, corruption, anger, fear, hate, divisiveness, discrimination, injustice, misbehavior, insults, pornography, social myopia, shame, indecency, and religious and racial intolerance — none of which are appropriate for an American president. Trump is the most destructive role model possible for our children and for our country. Ruinous Trumpism is more anti-American than communism, terrorism and racism. Imagine the disastrous turn America would take if Trump is elected as teenagers emulate his deceit and egomania, and then imagine what would happen if they carried military weapons with them to schools, to bars and to sporting events (places where Trump says we need more guns).
Trump is a dictator sympathizer, insisting that Putin (Russia), Kim Jong-un (North Korea), al Assad (Syria), Ali Khamenei (Iran) and posthumously Saddam Hussein (Iraq) are stronger and smarter than the president of the United States because they so efficiently murder so many innocent people.
Trump, 70, has been a multi-millionaire for fifty years and claims that he has been a multi-billionaire for decades. He insists that everyone in government is wrong about everything, but other than funding IN PART his campaign has done nothing to solve any societal issue . He has spent nothing, let alone a percent or two of his "billions and billions." Even his charitable donations are mostly made with other people's money. On the other hand, Trump boasts corrupting politicians his entire professional career, paid for as income tax deductions for his business." (one billion is 1,000 million) Incredibly, Trump is proud of his corruption because of the massive profit he gained, often illicitly at the expense of creditors, banks, small businesses, duped customers, the public and taxpayers. Apparently, Trump has paid little in income tax the last fifty years, bragging that is tax returns are tens of feet high every year. Those juicy loopholes add up big time.
Trump claims that the Republican Party is more corrupt and rigged than the Democrat Party (is this why he won the Primary?). He calls Republicans thieves. For the Primary, he ran against the Republican Party and continues to threaten abandoning the Party if its leaders do not praise and fund him substantially more. Trump surrogate Sarah Palin calls Republicans against Trump RATs. For Trump, Republicans have rigged the United States to be crippled, a disaster, a laughing stock, not the greatest country on earth and soon to end altogether. He says we should go back to losing 800,000 jobs a month, should have gone into depression eight years ago and should have destroyed several American industries. For Trump, those were the great days of America and when he increased his wealth the most. Everything Trump disagrees with is rigged he insists (Republican Party and its leadership, judiciary, FBI, Department of Justice, Chamber of Commerce, Primary system, electoral college, military, trade agreements, border control, freedom of religion, human rights, the Constitution, loan repayment, tax returns, international business, fraud litigation, nation sovereignty, the American system).
For Trump, leaders of both parties and the nation's generals are stupid and fools compared to those in Russia, North Korea and the terrorists in Syria and Iraq (perhaps they should watch the TV shows Trump relies upon for his bombastic 'wisdom'). Even though the military and CIA says that they will refuse, Trump promises to perpetrate war-crime torture worse than water-boarding and family and civilian murders (said by Trump while lapping up cheers from his supporters in agreement, "I like water-boarding, we have to do more. I think water-boarding is peanuts compared to what they’re doing us. I like it a lot. I don't think it's tough enough. They [Islamic State] can do chopping off heads, drowning people in steel cages, they can do whatever they want to do. Fight fire with fire.") He wants surveillance of foreigners in the United States, including those born in the United States of parents from other countries (except for himself and his children).
Trump is the ISIS candidate. Imagine living in Syria or Iraq and watching Trump degrade 1.6 billion Muslims more viciously than anyone has in history. He brags about the torture he will bring on them and religious intolerance, copycatting ISIS's claims against the world. He gleefully incites his supporters against Muslims with threats of indiscriminate genocidal nuclear extinction. He exonerates and encourages extremist distortions of other religions. In most people's minds around the world, Trump is a dangerous radical. Trump, like ISIS, is at war with Islam.
Armed with conspiracy theories and political sociopathy, Trump gloats about inciting fear, violence and myopia. He believes that he is the only one with a better way, claiming that he is singularly omniscient and omnipotent. His pathologic ego takes credit for everything and seeks to ruin everyone and everything beyond his business. He blames the United States for everything wrong in the world and blames Republican leadership for overwhelming corruption engineered for and by business interests (which he boasts extensive involvement, this is why he so readily alleges everyone else is corrupt).
Name calling, insults and lies his marketing plan. No substance, no serious Republican support. Simply boastful denigrations and false convoluted repetitions. Trump is incapable of truth and devoid of public policy competence. Even his answers are scams. Trump is selling a Trump University on steroids to take over the banking system, the courts, Congress, the military, industry and all government agencies. All global partnerships are to be chopped. US companies will not be permitted to manufacture elsewhere (except for Trump companies). He wants 45% tariffs and a silenced press. He wants to isolate America from the rest of the world and give foreign countries a bill for his services, making deals they can't refuse (right from the Godfather movies). He intends to redo the world economy for his personal benefit.
He seeks to turn the White House into an infamous Trump property, already using his candidacy for personal profit (eg, billing taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars to supply secret service agents for his opening of a new golf course in Scotland; he celebrated BREXIT's global market crashes because it would be good for his golf course business; losses in hundreds of trillions of dollars but seen by Trump as a good thing for his golf business; as usual, his press conference about BREXIT while in Scotland was all about him). His businesses will surely profit more significantly if elected but the rest of us will lose substantially. He will find a way to make money from any catastrophe and degrade America. This is his business plan. Trump and Putin are on the same page again.
"It’s very possible that I could be the first presidential candidate to run and make money on it,"Trump boasts. In a June deposition for a lawuit, Trump predicted that his compaign will indeed make him money. Of the $63 million his campaign spent through May, more than $6 million ($8.2 million by September, $1.6 million paid by the US Secret Service to a Trump business to ride his plane) — close to 10 percent — went to pay Trump properties or reimburse Trump and his family for expenses, according to an analysis by The Washington Post. That includes $4.6 million paid to his private jet company, TAG Air, and $423,000 that went just last month to his Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Fl. The Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, Fla., got $35,845, while the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Fl., was paid $29,715. His son Eric Trump's wine company received nearly $4,000. (he loans his campaign money and then pays his business expenses with campaign funds) Trump's campaign purchased about $100,000 in Trump books, meaning that he is getting royalties from his campaign, which is illegal. Through July, self spending increased to $7.7 million. As his campaign revenues increased from small donors, Trump increased the rent for his campaign headquarters in Trump Tower 400%. In 2000, Trump said, "It’s very possible that I could be the first presidential candidate to run and make money on it." He plans to use the White House for personal financial gain just as he promotes his businesses during the campaign for personal financial gain. He seeks to ruin the judiciary for his personal enrichment and looks forward to getting back to his lawsuits (3,500 so far) when he becomes President of the United States and controls government agencies (if elected, Trump specifically promises retaliation against Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg). Should the White House plan fail, his campaign revenues will be re-purposed to create a media empire some are calling Trump TV, which is estimated to make hundreds of millions of dollars a year. Remember, Trumps "self funding" is a loan that is likely incurring interest to be paid back as well. He has done little if anything for anyone that did not make him "very rich."
A serious matter regarding Trump's wealth is the control China and others will have over Trump's billions of dollars of debt to them. They would have the President of the United States on a string, demanding debt repayment and new terms. This is one reason Trump will release so little information about his businesses. As President Trump will renegotiate his debt, the largest personal debt in the world and in history.
Trump claims that he was a member of the 'establishment' until June 2015, orchestrating government corruption with "millions and millions" but explains now as a candidate that what he did, while good for business, was bad for America. But, he promises to run the government as a business. Trump says 'paying to play' is illegal while bragging that he did it for a living.
Moody's, a credit analysis rating firm since 1909, concluded June 2016, "Broadly, Mr. Trump’s economic proposals will result in a more isolated U.S. economy. Cross-border trade and immigration will be significantly diminished, and with less trade and immigration, foreign direct investment will also be reduced. His policies would also diminish the country’s growth prospects, grow federal government deficits, increase the nation’s debt and finance his “mix of much lower tax revenues and few cuts in spending” with “substantially more government borrowing. Driven largely by these factors, the economy will be significantly weaker if Mr. Trump’s economic proposals are adopted. Under the scenario in which all his stated policies become law in the manner proposed, the economy suffers a lengthy recession and is smaller at the end of his four-year term than when he took office. By the end of his presidency, there are close to 3.5 million fewer jobs and the unemployment rate rises to as high as 7%, compared with below 5% today. What what he is asking for is fiscally unsound. His tax and spending proposals will result in very large deficits and a much higher debt load." The US Chamber of Commerce agrees: "Under Trump’s trade plans, we would see higher prices, fewer jobs, and a weaker economy. @realDonaldTrump should understand 40% of manufacturing jobs are related to exports. We need more exports– not less. After all, 95% of the world’s consumers now live outside America’s borders, representing nearly limitless expansion opportunities for U.S. businesses and entrepreneurs." The Economist Intelligence Unit sees Trump number three on the list of global threats (this is the first time the Unit ever found a Presidential candidate to be a global risk).
November 1, 370 economists from leading US Universities, including 8 Nobel laureates, signed a petition warning against voting for Trump. "He misinforms the electorate, degrades trust in public institutions with conspiracy theories and promotes willful delusion over engagement with reality. He has misled the public by asserting that U.S. manufacturing has declined. The location and product composition of manufacturing has changed, but the level of output has more than doubled in the U.S. since the 1980s. His statements reveal a deep ignorance of economics and an inability to listen to credible experts. He repeats fake and misleading economic statistics, and pushes fallacies about the VAT and trade competitiveness. He promotes magical thinking and conspiracy theories over sober assessments of feasible economic policy options. Donald Trump is a dangerous, destructive choice for the country. He misinforms the electorate, degrades trust in public institutions with conspiracy theories, and promotes willful delusion over engagement with reality. If elected, he poses a unique danger to the functioning of democratic and economic institutions, and to the prosperity of the country. For these reasons, we strongly recommend that you do not vote for Donald Trump."
He disagrees with the First Amendment and the "lying" press. Trump has banned The Washington Post, The New Hampshire Union Leader, POLITICO, Univision, The Des Moines Register, Buzzfeed, the National Review and The Huffington Post.
Trump envisions an America contrary to the real America and despises the 4th Amendment. CEO and Republican strategist Meg Whitman noted that Trump is the latest in a long line of historic demagogues, explicitly comparing him to Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini (Trump copies anti-semitic images from neo-Nazi web sites for his tweets, praised by David Duke; Trump claims he chose the anti-semitic star imagery using Microsoft Paint; however the image appeared 10+ days earlier on a neo-Nazi web site; did Trump produce the image for the neo-Nazi web site?). Trump wants Muslim ID cards, profiling, internment camps and government registries like those so thoroughly shamed in World War II for the Japanese, Jews and Gays. He promises to deport over 3% of the US population to Mexico (necessitating the world's largest police mission and force, costing about $1 trillion and necessitating thousands of buses and tens of thousands in his 'deportation force'). He seeks the radicalization of 1.4 billion Muslims. 'Where are your papers,' is the question Trump demands of Muslims, Mexicans and immigrants. We must all remember that immigrants ARE the American character, not alien.
Trump blames immigrants for everything bad and slurs native Americans with his Pocahontas insult. He insults Americans born in the United States, claiming falsely that they were born elsewhere. Trump reveals his danger at every turn. For example, Trump claims that Omar Marteen, the Orlando killer was born in "Afgan" and that Trump's Muslim ban would have prevented the largest gun mass murder in US history. In fact, he was born during Ronald Reagan's Presidency in Queens, New York, near Trump's birthplace.
Trump brags about predicting all kinds of tragedies, but while "very rich," has done nothing to protect anyone. He claims that banning Muslims will stop Americans from killing Americans. Fanning fear, he strives to turn Americans against Americans. He disagrees with 'American Exceptionalism'. He praises dictators. His self-proclaimed superior brain and TV watching trumps serious expertise. "My primary consultant is myself. I know more about ISIS than the generals do, believe me. I know more about offense and defense than they will ever understand. I know so much. We are a stupid country led by stupid leaders." ISIS rose because of our failed generals according to Trump. George Bush was guilty of war crimes and we have the weakest military in US history he says. (Trump also believes police are incompetent as well, permitting in his view crime on the streets.)
Trump insists that the President of the United States is an alien cooperating with terrorists against the United States to murder Americans. While dangerous and vastly repetitive little of what Trump says is true. (The terrorist Timothy McVeigh killed 168. Where was Trump then?)
Leon Panetta, former Secretary of Defense and Director of CIA, concluded, "I have to tell you in 50 years of public life, I have never experienced a major party candidate making the accusations and raising the innuendos that Donald Trump raised, particularly at this moment of crisis. He's not only accusing the president of the United States of treason and collaborating with the enemy, but in many ways what he's saying about restricting Muslims from coming into this country, doing surveillance on Muslim mosques is basically aiding and abetting the enemy at a time when we ought to be unifying, working with the Muslim community to try to prevent against future attacks. I think it’s the most irresponsible and reckless kind of behavior I’ve ever seen in a major presidential candidate." Trump said, "If you think Orlando was the end of it with this weak attitude and this pathetic president we have, it was'nt’t, folks. You are going to have problems the likes of which you’ve never seen unless Donald Trump becomes your president. Today (July 28), once again took Russia's side. He asked the Russians to to engage in hacking or intelligence efforts against the United States of America to affect an election. We cannot afford an erratic figure on our nuclear weapons." If elected, January 2017, Trump will have nuclear weapons to bolster his thin skin.
Several dozen security experts also advise against electing Trump because of his dangerous plans.

Trump claims that the country will cease to exist without his (unfeasible, unconstitutional, immoral) fixes. His campaign is like The Jerry Springer Show, complete with raucous chants and violence. Movie-Mafia-like, he wants other countries and the Pope — and even the American people — to pay for protection, an offer we can't refuse. He threatens Republican leaders that if they do no support him and "be quiet" about his dangerous insults, racism and policies that he "will go it alone." He threatens working against Republican re-elections if they do not support him. Like he does in business to short change his creditors, Trump plans to default on the national debt. Trump claims that people born in the United States to a parent from elsewhere cannot be trusted (note: his mother was born elsewhere as was two of his three wives, meaning neither he nor his children can be trusted in Trump's view). When his self-estimated exaggerated net worth declines (he claims $11 billion but filed with the SEC $4.2 billion), he will bow out, leaving once again our bailouts of his bankruptcy. The Party of Lincoln betrayed and disfigured.
No wonder that so many leading Republican world affairs, national security and economic experts endorse the Democratic candidate. For example, Brent Scowcroft, the national security adviser under Republican presidents Gerald Ford and George H.W. Bush, endorsed Hillary Clinton. "Secretary Clinton shares my belief that America must remain the world’s indispensable leader. She understands that our leadership and engagement beyond our borders makes the world, and therefore the United States, more secure and prosperous. She appreciates that it is essential to maintain our strong military advantage, but that force must only be used as a last resort. Clinton brings deep expertise in international affairs, and a sophisticated understanding of the world essential for the Commander-in-Chief. Her longstanding relationships with a wide array of world leaders, and their sense of her as a strong and reliable counterpart, make her uniquely prepared for the highest office in the land. I believe Hillary Clinton has the wisdom and experience to lead our country at this critical time." Hank Paulson, chairman of the Paulson Institute and a former Treasury secretary in George W. Bush’s administration also endorsed Clinton. "I’ll be voting for Hillary Clinton with the hope that she can bring Americans together to do the things necessary to strengthen our economy, our environment and our place in the world. The tactics he has used in running his business would'nt’t work in running a truly successful company, let alone the most powerful nation on Earth. Every good businessman or -woman carefully analyzes all the available facts before making a decision. Trump repeatedly, blatantly and knowingly makes up or gravely distorts facts to support his positions or create populist divisions. To my Republican friends: I know I’m not alone." Trump's skills and endorsements are nowhere close.
Jeb Bush said, "I can’t vote for Donald Trump, and it breaks my heart. I think people are really going to feel betrayed. There isn't going to be a wall built. And Mexico's not going to pay for it. And there's not going to be a ban on Muslims. People are going to be deeply frustrated and the divides will grow in our country." A Ted Cruz supporter said, "The Republican Party is supposed to be the party of conservative principles. What’s happening right now is a meltdown of the Republican Party." A Virginia delegate said, "I cannot in good conscience support someone that I know will be a disaster for our nation and our party. If we continue with Trump, it’s going to be total annihilation." Senator John McCain's strategist said, "Whatever Hillary Clinton’s faults, she’s not ignorant or hateful or a nut. She acts like an adult, and understands the responsibilities of an American president." While Trump claims everyone and everything else to be a disaster, he is the disaster. He is the Trojan horse.
Long-time conservatives are leaving the Republican party. For example, George Will. "After Trump went after the 'Mexican' judge from northern Indiana then (House Speaker) Paul Ryan endorsed him, I decided that in fact this was not my party anymore. He has an advantage on me, because he can say everything he knows about any subject in 140 characters and I can't. Make sure he loses. (Republicans should) Grit their teeth for four years and win the White House." A recent Politico headline: "Hardly anybody wants to speak at Trump's convention POLITICO reached out to more than 50 prominent Republicans. Few said they plan to attend the convention in Cleveland, let alone speak." A recent Washington Post headline: "Rank-and-file Republicans souring on Trump in new Post/ABC poll." Another headline: The list of officials quitting the Republican Party keeps growing" Living Republican Presidents and numerous Republican leaders will not be attending the convention. The family of Ronald Reagan strongly disagree with Trump.
New Hampshire Sen. Gordon Humphrey underscored what many Republicans believe about Trump, "He is deranged. His psyche is sick. He is to a degree mentally ill. It would be and act of recklessness to give him the office of Commander in Chief. This needs to be said, and there’s a growing census in agreement that Donald Trump is mentally unfit to be president of the United States. And the RNC on that account, this week or next, should revoke the nomination and choose a candidate who is experienced, but at the same time, of mental soundness." (August 8)
Also August 8, fifty prominent Republican foreign policy and national security experts -- many veterans of George W. Bush's administration, including two Homeland Security secretaries Tom Ridge and Michael Chertoff -- essentially agreed. "None of us will vote for Donald Trump (he) is not qualified to be President and Commander-in-Chief, (he) lacks the character, values and experience to be President. Mr. Trump has demonstrated repeatedly that he has little understanding of America's vital national interests. He continues to display an alarming ignorance of basic facts of contemporary international politics. Mr. Trump lacks the temperament to be President. He has alarmed our closest allies with his erratic behavior. He appears to lack basic knowledge about and belief in the U.S. Constitution, U.S. laws, and U.S. institutions, including religious tolerance, freedom of the press, and an independent judiciary. All of these are dangerous qualities in an individual who aspires to be President and Commander-in-Chief, with command of the U.S. nuclear arsenal. We are convinced that in the Oval Office, he would be the most reckless President in American history." [Confirming the basis for the view of these highly respected experts, Trump responded, calling them losers, murderers, war criminals and creators of a $6 trillion fiasco of the Afghanistan/Iraq wars that killed thousands of soldiers protecting America. They made the world a dangerous place and the 2.2 million in the armed forces and 900,000 security agents in the US are disasters that enabled all the world's problems according to Trump. The same day, Trump once again also blamed Republican leaders for all the problems in America and the world in his wacky 'economic' speech. No wonder President George Bush said, "I'm worried that I will be the last Republican President."]
General Barry McCaffrey concluded, "Donald Trump is an ‘abusive braggart’ unfit to lead our Armed Forces. If elected, Trump would provoke a political and constitutional crisis within a year. He has called for the illegal torture of enemy detainees. He has called for the deliberate targeting and murder of civilians as retribution. He has questioned whether the U.S. should actually fulfill our defense obligations under the NATO pact. These NATO obligations are a U.S. Senate-ratified treaty that Trump should know is the highest law of the land. Further, Trump has implied that the U.S. should encourage the proliferation of nuclear weapons. He has stated he knows more about the Islamic State than the generals of the U.S. Armed Forces. Trump has also suggested we can walk away from our U.S. Treasury debt to the international community in a form of selective bankruptcy. This would be a curious form of collective economic suicide. Trump sounds like a 12-year-old — a willful and abusive braggart. He is remarkably ignorant and uneducated about the world that we face and the means we may use to defend ourselves." (Barry McCaffrey served in the U.S. Army 32 years, retiring as a four-star general. He was the most highly decorated serving general, having been awarded three Purple Heart medals and twice awarded the Distinguished Service Cross, the nation’s second highest award for valor.)
August, more than 100 Republicans signed an open letter to Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus asking him to stop spending any money to help Trump win in November and instead send those contributions to Senate and House races, "We believe that Donald Trump’s divisiveness, recklessness, incompetence, and record-breaking unpopularity risk turning this election into a Democratic landslide, and only the immediate shift of all available RNC resources to vulnerable Senate and House races will prevent the GOP from drowning with a Trump-emblazoned anchor around its neck. This should not be a difficult decision, as Donald Trump’s chances of being elected president are evaporating by the day. Those recent outrages have built on his campaign of anger and exclusion, during which he has mocked and offended millions of voters, including the disabled, women, Muslims, immigrants, and minorities. He also has shown dangerous authoritarian tendencies, including threats to ban an entire religion from entering the country, order the military to break the law by torturing prisoners, kill the families of suspected terrorists, track law-abiding Muslim citizens in databases, and use executive orders to implement other illegal and unconstitutional measures."
Life-long Republicans strongly disagree with Trump's threat to demand minimum dues payable to his administration in order to receive NATO protections, effectively planning to create a protection racket like the mafia of the early 20th century. The morning after the convention, Trump said, "You have to be prepared to walk" away from NATO member who do not pay Trump's invoice (repeated August 5). Sen. Mitch McConnell: "I disagree with that. NATO is the most important military alliance in world history. I want to reassure our NATO allies that if any of them get attacked, we'll be there to defend them." Rep. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois: "And (Trump's) comments like this are not only ill-informed, they’re dangerous." Sen. Lindsey Graham: "I’m 100 percent certain how Russian President Putin feels — he’s a very happy man." UN Ambassador John Bolton: "I hope that Donald Trump retracts it. If Russian tanks moved into a Baltic republic and then you decided to review whether they were meeting their expectations, the Russian tanks would be at the Baltic Sea before you could get the file. So that is a massive failure of deterrence and it strikes not simply at the safety of the Baltic republics but the entire alliance. To call that deterrence into question opens the door for [Russian President Vladimir] Putin or others to take advantage of perceived weakness." Vin Webber: "We have nominated someone contrary to Republicanism. Purely unqualified. The election of Donald Trump would be bad for America and the world and a disaster for the Republican Party."
Independent Maine Senator Angus King decided against Trump after riding along the Air Force nuclear command center. "We went up, took off across the country, and then had a nuclear attack exercise where an Air Force officer played the president and a secretary of defense, and we heard in our ear — the first thing we noticed there was a big clock showing missiles leaving. The big clock said 28 minutes. That was the time the president had to make a decision. What got me, Chris, it was almost physical, was in that situation, there's only one person. There’s no checks and balances. There’s no Congress. There’s no Supreme Court. There’s no consultation. There’s one person making a decision about the future of civilization. When I got off that plane, you know, my knees were a little weak with that realization, how much power is in this one person. And then I thought about Donald Trump. And it’s a question of judgment and temperament, and this guy has not demonstrated to me the kind of coolness that you need in that situation."
The daughter of Sen. John McCain, Meghan McCain, explains. "The party I was part of is dead. The Republican Party used to be about free markets, statesmanship, leadership, and the rights to life and liberty for all people. Now it's a party of identity politics, limousine liberalism, anti-immigrant rhetoric and incoherent foreign policy. I no longer recognize my party and I don't think Abraham Lincoln or Ronald Reagan would either. This convention was one of the worst weeks of my life."
Colin Powell sees Trump as 'a national disgrace" and "international pariah." (Regarding the still ongoing Benghazi hearings in Congress, Powell wrote, "Benghazi is a stupid witch hunt. Basic fault falls on a courageous ambassador who (thought) Libyans now love me and I am ok in this very vulnerable place." Condoleeza Rice replied, "Completely agree.") Trump responded, "I was never a fan of Colin Powell after his weak understanding of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq = disaster. We can do much better!" Take that General Powell, You're fired.
Robert Gates, DOD Secretary under Presidents Bush and Obama said, "Trump is beyond repair, is in a league of his own, cavalier about the use of nuclear weapons, (has a) a record of insults to servicemen, their families and the military, willfully ignorant about the rest of the world, about our military and its capabilities, and about government itself, A thin-skinned, temperamental, shoot-from-the-hip and lip, uninformed commander-in-chief is too great a risk for America, stubbornly uninformed about the world and how to lead our country and government, and temperamentally unsuited to lead our men and women in uniform. He is unqualified and unfit to be commander-in-chief." Trump's response: " We had a clown today, an absolute clown, a nasty guy, probably has a problem we don't know about. We're dealing with people like Robert Gates that don't have a clue. I don't like critics, I like people that get it done and get it done right. Never met but never liked dopey Robert Gates."
It is time for everyone to read a couple history books about the founding of the United States and the Constitution. It's time for real Republicans to protect the Party. It is time for Republicans to unite on Republican principles rather than be drawn into reality television.
It is also time to recognize that Trump lives in delusion. Some call it Trumplandia. When pressed about his most outrageous allegations, he can only say that he heard them someplace from somebody....places and people that cannot be found and he cannot remember. Within one answer, Trump repeats several times. His go-to answer always is that he heard it someplace from somebody. His promised investigations and follow-up never materialize. In any real sense, Trump has no answers or foundation for his allegations or for his book-tour campaign.
It is always time to maintain vigilance about authoritarianism, including Donald Trump's present day variant. It has never worked, even for the authoritarians. Trump's reality-tv gold-leaf persona will not change this devastating history. Our future is not a game show.
Moderate Republicans will be very disappointed and Trump's radical supporters will be very angry should he be elected. The country will fall into its first 'regime', geared to profit one man billions of dollars at the expense of American Exceptionalism. America will have taken a turn at fascism. Trump wants an America whose President is indicted for war crimes, is impeached by Congress, destroys the global economy, explodes unemployment and inflation, destroys faith in the United States, deports foreigners and their families, defies the military...in short, obliterates the US Constitution so he can purchase more real estate cheaply. Lights will be dimmed on the shining city on the hill. Maybe the Statue of Liberty will be re-purposed and painted gold.
Trump is against America. Simply compare his campaign to the US Constitution. He disagrees with the world for seeing America as the greatest country on earth. A hundred feet wall around the United States will help no one. No wonder neither of the living Republican Presidents nor the last two Republican nominees are attending the convention. While Trump denounces Republicans, he never denounces racists, white-supremicists, xenophobes, anti-Semites or his extremist followers. Why? Does anyone truly want Donald Trump to make life and death decisions about billions of lives or control the military, the banking system and government agencies? Is there any evidence that he ever cared for America, the Constitution or public welfare? Why is this his first venture into public service?
This article by Allan J. Lichtman (click name) importantly addresses Trump's skill to manipulate the media, first to win the Primary and then to use Russia to interfere with the November 8 election. "In his farewell address of 1796, President George Washington warned against "foreign influence and corruption" in our politics...the media is rigging this election in favor of Trump by swallowing hook, line and sinker Russia's efforts to boost his campaign...This hacking represents a blatant and unprecedented effort by a hostile foreign power to influence the outcome of an American presidential election." Shame on them and Republican leaders for corrupting the United States in favor of Russia's candidate, Donald Trump, who like the media is driven by greed rather than allegiance to America, its founding and its Constitution.
November 6, after 10 days of damage to the Presidential election from Comey's October 28 updating Congress about discovery of new 'Clinton emails', FBI Director wrote Congress, concluding as FBI did in July that Clinton had not broken any laws. In the 10 intervening days, many voters decided to change their votes from Clinton to Trump. And, Trump concluded that Comey's October 28 letter showed that the election is NOT rigged and that the FBI will finally produce a definitive and satisfactory conclusion. Trump joyously claimed in speech after speech that the FBI now proved that Clinton was a criminal. Unfortunately for Trump's campaign of lies (500 false claims in last 7 weeks of campaign according to Toronto Star), the FBI again officially concluded in favor of Clinton, again, robbing Trump of his presumed FBI salvation. Like a successful white collar criminal, Trump preemptively blamed adversaries for his activities. First, Trump rigged the media, providing them outrageous reality-TV content and delivering them hundreds of millions of dollars of profit, gaining billions of dollars of 'free media' for himself. What a deal. Then, he blamed the media for broadcasting what he says, claiming that they are going negative against him, intimidating the media away from professional coverage. Next up, 'the establishment': those Republican leaders who endorse him for their greedy survival. Then, the 9,000 polling stations and the election system used in the US for 200+ years, mostly controlled by Republicans for decades. Next up, degrade national intelligence agencies and the military for being a disaster and dishonest. Briefed that Russia is hacking the US to steer the election his way, Trump exonerated Putin and invited further Putin cyberattacking against Hillary Clinton. Russia supports Trump he is against American democracy and international trade. Both Trump and Putin seek to diminish US leadership and to weaken NATO. Finally, Trump's campaign was taken over by breitbart.com to elevate to national prominence abhorrent white supremacy. KKK boss David Duke proclaims, "I will be Donald Trump's most loyal admirer." November 2, white supremacists promised to install secret video cameras at polling places to augment Trump's 'army' patrolling the polls with threats and intimidation. Trump advertised that voters could vote by text messages, email and Facebook posts (not possible). Trump/Breitbart then infected the FBI with a fraudulent book against Clinton, convincing active FBI agents to side with Trump to politicize law enforcement and to suppress the vote, notably those of African Americans. Trump is using the FBI as a weapon against the Constitution. FBI informed the Trump campaign and Fox News, contrary to fact, that the FBI was opening a criminal investigation against Hillary Clinton and (FALSELY) that FBI was about to indict Clinton. October 26, Rudy Giulianni on behalf of the Trump campaign disclosed on Fox News that "We have a couple things up our sleeves to turn things around." October 28, FBI Director James Comey sent a nebulous letter to Congress, turning the election to Trump. After this release, Giulanni said, "You're darn right I heard about it" before it was released. November 2, the FBI activated a dormant FBI Twitter account to aid Trump, releasing 15 year old documents pertaining to President Bill Clinton. November 3, Trump described what active FBI agents are telling him against Clinton and claimed that Clinton will be in prison for many years. November 4, the FBI notified the public that there will be 3 al qaeda attacks in the US Monday, November 7, the day before the election in Virginia, New York and Texas. FBI's collaboration with Trump, a fraudulent political coup, is a throwback to the FBI under J Edgar Hoover when FBI controlled political fates. According to an FBI agent, the FBI is "trumplandia." Trump is using retired FBI agents to launder leaks from active FBI agents ('FBI Laundering'). Resulting from Trump's manipulatiion of the FBI for his election, the FBI is abolishing the integrity of and the public trust in the FBI for leaking daily and for mostly false information. Notably, FBI is pre-releasing information against Clinton and FBI's Director before it leaks to the media. Trump and the FBI are engaged in an internal political war promoting white supremacy and capitalizing on Putin intervention in the election to get Trump elected, risking America, American leadership in the world the US economy and historical patriotism for Trump's financial gain.

Richard Painter, chief White House Ethics Lawyer in the George Bush Administration 10 years ago filed a Complaint October 29 against FBI Director James Comey with the FBI’s Office Of Special Counsel, which investigates possible ethical violations within the Bureau. In particular, Comey’s inexplicable actions this week may warrant prosecution for abuse of power under the Hatch Act. "The West will eventually turn against its Muslim citizens," according to one of its ads. The ‘facilitation’ of Trump’s arrival in the White House must be a priority for jihadists at any costs! I hope and I predict that the Republicans will win and they will run wild. There will be a devastating war and I believe that America will collapse like the Soviet Union. When Trump says hateful things about Muslims, it proves that jihadists are right to fight against the West, because the West is against Islam." ISIS organizers say that Trump’s extreme views would help radicalize more Muslims in the U.S. and Europe as well as inspire them to commit lone-wolf attacks. Trump plans to murder hundreds of thousands of innocent Muslims, kill Muslims simply for a hand gesture and treat Muslims in the US as criminals, surveil them and imprison them, break the critical bond between Muslims and police in fighting ISIS, institute torture. Trump says the US military is a disaster and ISIS is winning. Trump says the President of the US created ISIS. Trump admires Vladimir Putin for collaborating with Syria to kill anti-ISIS fighters. Trump and ISIS have the same strategy — fear. Trump prays for bad things to happen in America. Trump invites more terror strikes inside America, more American deaths and more risk for our police. Trump gloats everytime terror strikes. Trump says US police officers know who the terrorists are but refuse to act. All leading experts conclude that Trump is dangerous and unfit.
Twice, Donald Trump has suggested that his supporters murder Hillary Clinton. First in August, Trump said that gun owners could keep their guns by using them against Clinton to keep her from selecting Supreme Court judges. Then again, when he called on gun owners again to attack Clinton if he could get his wish that Clinton's Secret Service detail would have their weapons removed. Both times, Secret Service agents would be put at risk as well. October 29, Trump had a rally speaker call for the death of Clinton, this time adding Clinton aide Huma Abedin. A few days earlier, a Trump supporter brought an effigy of Clinton with a noose around her neck to a campaign rally. Trump already wants to kill hundreds of thousands of innocent Muslims. Trump also want to end food safety regulations, putting the life of 300 million Americans at serious risk.
Trump makes clear how he would function as President through how he ran as a candidate. Erratic, hateful, confused, ignorant, disrespectful, running a fraudulent business and charity, racist, sexist, bigoted, self centered, immature, attracted to dictators' murderous repression, threatening, promising nuclear proliferation and use, dishonoring the military and its generals, self dealing campaign funds, proud of corrupting politicians, thin skinned, untruthful and anti-American. Imagine how Trump would handle reality, achieve security and manage the economy. Will he continue to handle international challenges with vile Tweets? Trump would start wars and crash the economy for personal gain. Trump began his business career with racial descrimination in his apartments, and began his national political launch attacking an African-American President as illigitimate, Muslims and Mexicans.
With much fanfare, September 15, Trump promised a press conference about his birtherism obsession. The September 16 'press conference' began, leveraging 5 years of birtherism, with Trump opening his new motel in Washington, DC. 30 minutes later, it ended with a tour of the new hotel for the media (they turned off the cameras when they realized they were duped into a ribbon cutting for his hotel). The last 27 seconds, finally addressed what the world was waiting for. Trump announced, "Hillary Clinton started the birther controversy (false). I finished it (false). President Barrack Obama was born in the United States (true). Period." Trump then walked off the stage. No press questions were permitted. Trump used birtherism to launch him into national politics in 2011 and deligitimize the first African American President. No apology to all 300 million Americans, most notably 37 million African Americans. (analogously, Trump trashed 55 million Hispanic-Americans, calling them criminals, murderers and rapists). Two days later, the Trump campaign was still saying that "there is an otherness" regarding Obama, still painting Obama an alien to the United States. Trump denigrates all of us with his lies, fraudulent businesses and charities, and vulgarity. Again and again, Trump plays all of us as suckers. This day, he played the media, viewers and even the veterans assembled as props for his new hotel opening, rooms in which Trump has a web site selling pricey rooms for the inauguration (eg, about $1,000 to buy a lottery ticket to win the chance to book a room for $1,000+ per night).
It was illegal in 1998 when Trump invested $68,000 ($100,000 in 2016 dollars) in a business venture in Cuba (Newsweek, September 29). Then, attempting to hide the illegality, Trump, after the fact, recorded in a charity expense. Trump's campaign manager, Kelly Ann Conway, confirmed the illegal act on The View, "As I understand from the story, they paid money in 1998." Illegal business, nothing new here. After the Newsweek story, Russian comrades of Trump conducted numerous hacher attacks into Newsweek computers.
First, Trump played women. Then the tabloid media about his women and bankruptcies. Then politicians, regulators, lawyers, the courts and banks. Then his business partners renting his name. For his last chapter Trump is playing mainstream media, the Republican Party and, most successful of all, Trump has convinced his supporters that a vulgar entertainer and career con man will be the best President in US history. Trump is especially adept at playing the gullible, racist, white supremacist, bigoted, anti-education, anti-Muslim, anti-Hispanic, anti-Constitution, pro-Russian, cultish, vindictive, sexist, corrupt and self-centered bullies among us.
Throughout his campaign, Trump has been captivated by sex. Over the summer, Trump came very close to proving on camera that his genitals are not small, guaranteeing to have "no problem" there. Selling his book about making deals, he brags about all the sex partners he had. For a week following Debate #1, Trump focused on sexiness of the 1996 Miss Universe and how fat she was (she gained 15 pounds that he exaggerated to 55 pounds). While Trump himself, Rudy Giuliani and New Gingrich, all joining in fat shaming Miss Universe and all having had 3 wives and guilty of serial adultery, shiver with anticipation in focusing the campaign on Hillary Clinton's single husband who had affairs during the 1980s. September 30, beginning at 3 am, Trump wrote several tweets about Miss Universe about a pornographic sex tape he found (though none exist). As usual, grossly exaggerated (she was in a reality TV show, never exposing nudity). What the hell is a Presidential candidate doing a month before the election spending a week on sex and telling his 11 million Twitter followers that he hangs out on pornhub? Why would a presidential candidate want the public, including children, to watch what Trump calls a sex tape? Why would he stay up all night to send out disgusting tweets about Miss Universe? They will be disappointed, and should realize that Trump is a pathological pervert urging 300 million Americans to watch his sex tape with his first Miss Universe.
And so are his supporters who threaten murder and assault protesters, like punching women at Trump rallies (even a 69 year old wearing an oxygen mask), believe that dictators are appealing strong leader (eg, Hitler, Putin, Saddam Hussein), prefer a candidate based on bogus conspiracy theories, support the economic devastation of ending global trade, celebrate white supremacy, believe that white Europeans are the only rightful inhabitants of the US, hate Hispanics, view African Americans as dead-end criminals with no jobs, call our military useless, support alt right, hold in esteem the Confederate Flag as a symbol supporting slavery, expect non-whites to be removed from the US, believe Muslims should be banned from US, believe the US African-American President is not an American, accept radical Christianity, support the Klu Klux Klan, claim African-Americans benefited from slavery, are panicked by the prospect of whites becoming a minority and potentially treated as they treat minorities, denigrate women and the disabled, despise religions, seek to violate law and the Constitution, want torture, support Russia over America, see Vladimir Putin as a role model rather than American Presidents, prefer a candidate who appears on Russian state TV to disparage America, want to rip America apart, believe that America is a disaster needing a dictator to make things better, see dictators as ideal role models, look forward to firing our generals, desire nuclear weapon expansion, prefer authoritarianism, prefer a candidate who has no record of public service, prefer a candidate who has never represented anyone, prefer a candidate who based his business on pay-for-play, see America as a dystopia, believe rape is a woman's fault, prefer a President devoid of qualifications or respect for America, view the presidency as a Gerry Springer reality TV show, prefer a playboy with 3 wives to a women with 1 husband, disagree with civil liberties and equality, like that Trump says they are uneducated, prefer no recovery from the 2008 major recession, prefer that US car manufacturers would have ended in 2008 , prefer Iran nuclear weapons in 2017, believe that national security experts are stupid, write tens of thousands of vile Tweets, agree with torture, murder hundreds of thousands innocent Muslims, cheer with Trump's threatening to send people to the gas chamber and threaten societal violence. Kentucky Governor Matt Blevin called for national bloodshed should Trump not be elected. These Trump supporters are deplorable, and they are wrong.
No wonder pubic opinion of the media is at all time low. Late, the media are beginning to look into Trump's foundation and business corruption. Potentially the largest and most concerning involves readily predictable corruption while President. As a private enterprise, its businesses, partners and investors are hidden from public view, even though they are the very people who could be enriched by—or will further enrich—Trump and his family if he wins the presidency. If Trump moves into the White House and his family continues to receive any benefit from the company, during or even after his presidency, almost every foreign policy decision he makes will raise serious conflicts of interest and ethical quagmires. Trump’s business conflicts with America’s national security interests cannot be resolved so long as he or any member of his family maintains a financial interest in the Trump Organization during a Trump administration, or even if they leave open the possibility of returning to the company later. The Trump Organization cannot be placed into a blind trust, an arrangement used by many politicians to prevent them from knowing their financial interests; the Trump family is already aware of who their overseas partners are and could easily learn about any new ones. Never before has an American candidate for president had so many financial ties with American allies and enemies, and never before has a business posed such a threat to the United States. If Donald Trump wins this election and his company is not immediately shut down or forever severed from the Trump family, the foreign policy of the United States of America could well be for sale. If he wins, his many overseas deals would create a national security nightmare."
Not long ago, I claimed, "I know more than the generals. There is a method for defeating them (ISIS) quickly and effectively. I have a foolproof plan for winning. I have a great plan. What is it? I'd rather not say." September 7 changed all that. Now I will demand that the stupid generals give me a plan within 30 days. I want it to have 540,000 troops like we had in 2008 when we had 150,000 troops in Iraq and 30,000 in Afghanistan. I use to be for massive military action in Iraq and Libya, and more severely limiting defense spending, but not now. Oh, and I have no idea how to pay for it. Oh yea, I will make Iraq and Syria pay for it. Yea, that will work, like my life built on scams in beauty pageants, casinos, condos, segregated apartments, mafia connections, a fake university, tenant intimidation to move out, huge lawsuits, bankruptcies, undocumented foreign workers, anti-trust violations, breaking rules and employing illegal models. The fines only cost me about $10 million. I even thrived on corrupting politicians, including paying an attorney general $25,000 to drop an investigation. Amazingly, while I have no tax return audit open for 2002-2008, I will not provide them. Otherwise, you would find just how 'yuge' my scams are. Um, I have a question. If I order the release of half of our 7,000 nuclear warheads from the triad, whatever that is, will I be able to change my mind the next day via Twitter?
President Obama, at great taxpayer expense and with several meetings with heads of state around the world, 'suffered' the absence of a fancy stairway to exit Air Force One at the G020 Summit in China in September. Trump said that he would have closed the plane door and go home. "I’ve got to tell you, if that were me, I would say, ‘You know what, folks, I respect you a lot but close the doors, let's get out of here.'" Heaven forbid if the hotel did not put a chocolate mint on the pillow. Trump promises to shoot Iranian boats out of the water should an occupant make a hand gesture Trump does not like.
Trump created the conspiracy that President Barrack Obama was not an African-American because he was born in Africa, not the US. His business was especially racist in the 1970s-1990s for segregating his apartment buildings. September 3, Trump addressed an African-America community for the first time, in Detroit where a month earlier told his white audience that African Americans have no jobs, lousy schools and the likelihood of being killed on the streets. He read a speech, including an attack on Mexico for "taking our jobs" at the church's service, telling the congregation that, "You'll understand it better than I do." It was the best that his PR machine could muster. He was accompanied by Ben Carson, who texted/emailed during the service and who Trump called a pervert and near murderer of his mother to a TV audience of about 20 million. His visit was a cynical photo op. Incredibly, it was breaking news that Trump visited an African-American church, the first encounter he ever had with this community. In 1989, if Trump had his way, 5 African American boys would have been executed for a crime they did not commit. Trump even paid for full page ads in 4 newspapers calling for their execution. About the innocent boys, Trump advertised, "I want to hate these muggers and murderers. They should be forced to suffer and, when they kill, should be executed for their crimes." After the boys were officially exonerated and compensated in part for what Trump called for, Trump wrote in 2014, "My opinion on the settlement of the Central Park Jogger case is that it’s a disgrace. I think it is ridiculous for this case to be settled." Again, the 5 boys he wanted to kill were innocent African Americans. Trump despises African Americans and carries anti-bacterial hand wipes when he is around them.
Alt-right is an alternative to mainstream conservatism. It is unified by support for Donald Trump, as well as opposition to multiculturalism and immigration. The alt-right is associated with white nationalism, white supremacism, anti-semitism, right-wing populism and nativism. Dependant on conspiracy theories, Alt-right despises Republican leadership, the Constitution and America. Trump's campaign chief says that he is a leading promoter.
Donald Trump, who calls himself Mr. Brexit, celebrated the trillion dollar loss caused by Brexit (Britain's exit from the European Union) because of the profits it would bring him personally. The original Mr. Brexit, Nigel Farage, appears with Trump on the campaign trail to induce the United States to withdraw from the world, which will bring fantastic riches to Trump. However, when Farage returned to England he said that Trump is disjointed, made a lot of mistakes and still does not endorse him. Boasting a life-long career as the ultimate insider who spent millions to pay-to-play and corrupt politicians, Trump now claims that he is the ultimate outsider. His supporters will lose big time if he is elected. Their cynicism against government will explode.
Trump claims that America will be beautiful only if he wins the election. Should Hillary Clinton win, Trump says that America will end. Trump says he will end crime in one week but should he lose almost everyone will be shot walking down the street.
2011, Trump first exploded his racism with 'birtherism', his allegation that President Barack Obama was illegitimate because he was an African-American and falsely claimed to be Muslim and born outside the US. Several years extended is racist core, turning up the flames during his campaign for President. Following a new ultra-racist campaign chief coming aboard, in 3 speeches the week of August 15, 2016 Trump telepromptered mostly white audiences in the suburbs, "You're living in poverty, you have no jobs, your schools are no good, 58% of your youth is unemployed (this includes teenagers in high school and is about the same as white youth), you walk down the street and get shot. I will produce for the inner cities. I will produce for the African Americans. (in Detroit) Citizens in Detroit have become refugees in their own country. I guarantee you that I will get over 95 percent of the African-American vote. I promise you." (currently, Trump has 1% of the vote) Trump paints a stereotype wherein African-Americans live in poverty and do not work; in fact, most do not live in poverty and have middle class jobs. Notably, Trump delivered these cynicisms to almost entirely white audiences in North Carolina and Michigan (the state of the poisoning of the water in Flint), both of which have Republican Governors and rejects meeting with African American leadership conferences and audiences. Trump continues to question President Obama's birth place and faith because he is an African-American. He calls African-Americans stupid for voting for anyone but Trump and supports restricting and intimidating their voting. He considers their votes cheating. Why did he never spend anything to solve the crises he now sells? Why does he bring in immigrants to staff his motels? Why does Trump not use Americans? Why does Trump not make his products in America and create jobs for Americans? Why does Trump security eject darker-skinned supporters from his rallies? Because, Trump is a racist. In his first TV ad (aired August 19), Trump showed hordes of immigrants streaming into the US specifically referencing the Center for Immigration Studies. This tax-free organization has its roots in the eugenics of creating gene pools for smart white people to further degrade African Americans and immigrants. So absurd the sperm bank for smart genes, there was a Saturday Night Live skit about the predecessor to the Center for Immigration Studies. It is truly remarkable that states with large African American populations have Republican Governors (eg, Mississippi, Michigan, Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Arkansas, New Jersey, Ohio). These Governors bear the responsibility for what Trump is selling if you believe Trump. Trump's racism pervades his campaign. Reported August 22, Donald Trump's paid campaign staffers on their personal social media accounts have declared that Muslims are unfit to be U.S. citizens, ridiculed Mexican accents, called for Secretary of State John F. Kerry to be hanged and stated their readiness for a possible civil war.
His allies call the interventions 'resets', several of them so far. Since June 2016, Donald Trump has proven that his claims of superior leadership are false. Over and over, Republican leaders and Trump's family tried interventions, which settled Trump for a few hours and promises to pivot, got him to read prepared speeches, only to relapse into craziness again and again. Imagine the consequences of Trump pathology to further frighten our allies and embolden our enemies (particularly, ISIS, Russia and North Korea). Imagine a President of the United States who needs to be recurringly muzzled and have his Twitter account deactivated. The intervention Trump needs is psychiatric, eg treatment for Personality Disorder and compulsive lying. He may be unfixable, certainly his motivations are. He loves attacking America as a third world nation with the worst economy and military leaders in history. He hates the nation's political and business leaders. He hates the judicial system. He bestows praise only on totalitarian regimes (Russia, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Iran, China and ISIS because they are strong and cheat America (his lifelong business strategy).
Over and over, Donald Trump lies to our faces. He tells us of videos about cheers for the 9/11 attack and money transfer to Iran: nonexistent. He brags about getting an authentic Purple Heart the easy way: it was fake. He says Tim Kaine was a bad Governor of New Jersey: false. He brags incessantly about making great deals: 6 bankruptcies and shortchanging hundreds of thousands of customers and businesses. Four months before the election in November, he proclaimed the election rigged: false (50 states and hundreds of localities run their elections, not the federal government). He boasts that his campaign is united: not even close. Everything Trump says is false, most importantly that he will run the country better than everyone else ever has...while failing the test worst than anyone else ever has (how he ran his campaign will be how he runs his administration, "horribly" as he would say).
To Donald Trump, everything is better in Russia. Better military, better nuclear weapons, better leadership, better president, better intelligence, better computer hacking, better control of the public, better press, better allies (eg, Syria, Iran), better political system, better everything. He likes Putin's role in Syria to fight terrorists (never mind that Syria's terrorists are its public fighting for freedom). He enjoyed kicking a dozen 'protesters' out from a rally holding their copy of the US Constitution. "In the intelligence business, we would say that Mr. Putin had recruited Mr. Trump as an unwitting agent of the Russian Federation. Donald J. Trump is not only unqualified for the job, but he may well pose a threat to our national security. Mr. Trump has no experience on national security. Even more important, the character traits he has exhibited during the primary season suggest he would be a poor, even dangerous, commander in chief. The dangers that flow from Mr. Trump’s character are not just risks that would emerge if he became president. It is already damaging our national security." (Former CIA Chief, Michael Morell) August 5, a Russian government newspaper ridiculed the US, asking "Is Donald Trump really a wannabe mole for the Kremlin?" (of course, there was no answer). The article also noted, "two of his wives are from our kind, beautiful, Slavic." Trump threatens NATO even more than Russia has, to Russia's pleasure. He supports the Syria/Russian partnership against Syrians and Russia's annexation of Crimea and incursion into Ukraine. Russia could not ask for a better friend. Trump's advisor, Gen. Michael Flynn, favors close ties with Russia and attended the Russia Today conference in December 2015. Boris Epshteyn, a top Trump surrogate immigrated from Russia in 2003, 3 years after Trump's first run for President as the Reform Party candidate for universal health care. Paul Manafort, Trump's campaign manager also has Russian connections. Handwritten ledgers show $12.7 million in undisclosed cash payments designated for Mr. Manafort from (Viktor) Yanukovych’s pro-Russian political party from 2007 to 2012, according to Ukraine’s newly formed National Anti-Corruption Bureau. Reported, "Before he fled to Russia two years ago, Mr. Yanukovych and his Party of Regions relied heavily on the advice of Mr. Manafort and his firm, who helped them win several elections," the story notes. "During that period, Mr. Manafort never registered as a foreign agent with the United States Justice Department — as required of those seeking to influence American policy on behalf of foreign clients — although one of his subcontractors did. "During his administration, Trump will be friendly with Putin," Trump, speaking in the third person, told CNBC last Thursday. Carter Page, a Trump foreign policy advisor is stepping up his ties with businesses in Russia.Carter Page is an out-and-out Putinite. A consultant to and investor in the Kremlin’s state-run gas company, Gazprom, Page has a direct financial interest in ending American sanctions against the company. Not only that, but Page is tight with the Kremlin’s foreign-policy apparatus and has served as a vehement propagandist for it. There is growing evidence that Putin is trying to sway the outcome of the U.S. election." July, a Russian business man made an illegal donation to Trump and had a confidential meeting in Trump Tower. He had been hired years ago by Trump to build Trump business in Russia, using a Trump business card indicating that he was a "senior advisor to Donald Trump." Early 2016, a Russian lobbyist was paid $365,000 and advised Trump on foreign policy. In 2008, Eric Trump said, "Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets. We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia." Trump's and Putin's interests are aligned. Update: September 9, Trump went on Russian TV, attacking the United States and praising Putin. Suspicion is mounting about Donald Trump’s ties to Russian officials and business interests, as well as possible links between his campaign and the Russian hacking of U.S. political organizations. But GOP leaders have refused to support efforts by Democrats to investigate any possible Trump-Russia connections, which have been raised in news reports and closed-door intelligence briefings. And without their support, Democrats, as the minority in both chambers of Congress, cannot issue subpoenas to potential witnesses and have less leverage to probe Trump.

After they were killed in 2010, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi became ISIS's leader. President Bush negotiated with the Iraqi government in 2008 to withdraw American forces from Iraq in 2011. Under President Barack Obama, the United States completed its final withdrawal of troops from Iraq on December 16, 2011. Donald Trump supported the war, but by March 2007 stated on camera that President Bush and DOD Secretary Donald Rumsfield were a disaster and Secretary of State Candoleeza Rice did nothing but ride planes and wave her hands, and that the US should declare victory and get out of Iraq. Now, the conspiracy theory of Donald Trump. During the Primary debate season, Trump insisted that President Bush committed war crimes for entering the Iraq War and that he (Trump) would torture the "shit" out of terrorists and murder their families and countless innocent Muslims. August 10, 2016, trailing significantly in the polls, his most valued metric of self worth, Donald Trump announced that President Obama and Secretary Hillery Clinton (Secretary of State, 2009-2013) created ISIS. Presto, Trump claimed that they are the "founders of ISIS." Not simply that policies of Presidents Bush and Obama and Secretary Clinton enhanced ISIS but that Obama and Clinton are the actual founders of ISIS, blaming Obama and Clinton for what happened by 2006 (3 years before they took office). The Trump campaign even says President Barack Obama (2008-2016) created the Afghanistan War against the Taliban responding to the 9/11 tragedy September 11, 2001. No wonder virtually all who have been responsible for keeping America safe for decades said that Trump is a 'clear and present danger' to America.
Trump's extreme paranoia envisions war between his rabid supporters and everyone else. He believes that the Republican Primary process was rigged against him, the general election is rigged against him, if he loses November 8 it will be due to cheating, the media is the lowest form of humanity (lower than terrorists) even though they gave him $3 billion of free media, government and political leaders are corrupt, security officers that have kept America safe for decades caused all of America's problems and terrorism, and the world's dictators are the world's best leaders. Trump underscores that his supporters will go ballistic if he is not elected, inciting violent overthrow (he often incited violence at his campaign rallies). He wants people to carry guns, including to schools and bars. He began collecting members for his army August 13, calling them "election observers" once they fill out a form on his web site and then donate money to him; the plan for November 8 us to intimidate voters, which of course is illegal. He wants identity cards for members of the second largest religion, and he wants police to monitor them on the streets and in their houses of worship. He says he has been audited by IRS every year since 2009 because he is a Christian and he is running for President in 2016. He says that he sees his "movement" as a "revolt" against the America's institutions, protections and leaders. If elected, he says he will repeatedly violate laws and the Constitution to commit war crimes and to send American citizens to Gitmo when he determines that they are 'bad dudes'. He despises immigrants, thus all Americans other than native Americans (who immigrated to the land of America tens of thousands of years ago). He sees civilization as a conspiracy that must be exterminated. Rapists and murderers are at the border, hundreds of thousands have already arrived. Trump is an absurdity.
“I love my grandchildren so much but if I talk about them for more than nine or 10 seconds . . . after that, what are you going to say? I love golf but after speaking about golf for a couple minutes, it’s tough.” But, he can talk for hours everyday about himself, his property and his money and about the rigged, corrupt, do nothing Republican Party and leadership who have caused "rape of our country" for decades.

He is the worst abuser. He won't be investigated. So corrupt. So corrupt. Nobody knows how many people are affected. He can't be trusted. People say a lot of things. Trump is a total disgrace, not to be trusted, and he's corrupt. He swears too much on TV. So sad. I'm the best candidate ever. Trump is all talk and no action. I will be the best President in history. Believe me. I will fix everything wrong in the world. No one else can do anything. The politicians and generals are stupid. Believe me. Am I the greatest or what? (Then, after he says these things a dozen times on news shows and in Tweets, he denies he said them. His surrogates explain what he said by transferring blame to Republican leaders, insisting that is their fault that he won all those Primaries.)
Trying his best to impress 'The Donald' to get selected for VP, Newt Gingrich said, "We should...test every person here who is of a Muslim background, & if they believe in shariah they should be deported. Anybody who goes on a website favoring ISIS, or Al Qaeda, or other terrorist groups, that should be a felony, and they should go to jail. Any organization which hosts such a website should be engaged in a felony. It should be closed down immediately. We should destroy them with kinetic power, using various weapons starting with predators and frankly just killing them." There are about 3.3 million Muslims in the US, 5,000 in the military. (Trump also plans on deporting 11 million to Mexico.) Their deportations will cost about $1 trillion and ruin the country. Goodbye US Constitution, Facebook and Twitter. Goodbye to US citizens. Goodbye to government agencies (CIA, NSA, DOD), police departments and media monitoring terrorist web sites. Goodbye CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC and newspapers. Goodbye to teenagers playing on the Internet. Trump and Gingrich are fundamentalists encouraging ISIS. (Already, Trump has banned a dozen news organizations from his campaign events.) Newt says, "Trump is helping her to win the election by proving he is more unacceptable that she is. He cannot win the presidency operating the way he is now."
Melania Trump stated on her plane ride to her convention speech that she only needed to read her opening night speech once because she wrote it. But, it turns out that key portions of the speech were exactly what Michelle Obama said at the 2008 Democratic convention. Republican leaders noted the plagiarism, although Chris Christie exonerated it because it represented only 7% of the speech. Ben Carson noted, "If Melania’s speech is similar to Michelle Obama’s speech, that should make us all very happy because we should be saying, whether we’re Democrats or Republicans, we share the same values." The Trump campaign as usual lied in defense, claiming that these sentences were common sentences in the delivered sequence (even though no one else in history said them other than Michelle Obama in 2008 and Melania Trump in 2016). Trump rolled out a series of lies to cover up the plagiarism. First, they blamed Hillary Clinton. Then, the plagiarized sentences were called common sentences in the English language. Then, a children's book was credited as the plagiarized source. Finally, a speech writer was blamed for the plagiarism...even though Malania said a couple hours before the speech that she wrote the speech.
Donald Trump boasts that his book, The Art of the Deal (1987), is the second best book ever written (first is The Bible), selling many during his book-tour campaign. According to Trumps coauthor, Tony Schwartz, who actually wrote the book"I put lipstick on a pig. I feel a deep sense of remorse that I contributed to presenting Trump in a way that brought him wider attention and made him more appealing than he is. I genuinely believe that if Trump wins and gets the nuclear codes there is an excellent possibility it will lead to the end of civilization. I haven’t slept a night through since Donald Trump announced for president because I believe he is so insecure, so easily provoked and not particularly nearly as smart as people might imagine he is." Mr. Schwartz says the book should have been titled "The Sociopath" due to Trump's hostility, manipulativeness, deceitfulness, callousness, impulsivity, irresponsibility, narcissism, pathological ego, pathological need for approval and lack of empathy.

John Kasich and a third Super Pac against "one other person that (he's) thinking about (but that unnamed individual is) such a small person (that he) hates to give him the publicity." Trump will have many vendettas while President against Americans.

Real bad man.” (Obama) Does anyone really believe that a guy who’s spent his seventy years on this earth showing no regard for working people is suddenly going to be your champion? He cozies up to Putin, praises Saddam Hussein, and tells the NATO allies that stood by our side after 9/11 that they have to pay up if they want our protection. Anyone who threatens our values, whether Fascists or Communists or jihadists or homegrown demagogues, will always fail in the end. It took a moment for the crowd to grasp what Obama had done, lumping Trump in with Hitler, Stalin, and ISIS. That is America. That is America. Those bonds of affection, that common creed. We don’t fear the future; we shape it, we embrace it, as one people, stronger together than we are on our own.
Khizr Kahn moved to the United States with his wife and two-year old son. He is a proud Arab-American whose son, deployed in Iraq for the US, was killed in 2004 when protecting fellow soldiers (insanely, Trump blames President Obama for his death and blames President Bush for a war crime for entering the Gulf War). His father spoke elegantly and patriotically in July. "If it was up to Donald Trump, he never would have been in America. Donald Trump consistently smears the character of Muslims. He disrespects other minorities, women, judges, even his own party leadership. Donald Trump, you’re asking Americans to trust you with their future. Let me ask you: Have you even read the United States Constitution? I will gladly lend you my copy. In this document, look for the words — look for the words ‘liberty’ and ‘equal protection of law.’" (click to watch his testimony) Trump said that Mr. Khan had NO RIGHT to criticize Trump, proving that Trump either has not read or does not believe the Constitution that gives all Americans the right of free speech. To Khizr Khan and all Americans, Trump says, "And you can tell them to go fuck themselves." A day after his convention speech. Isn't it time to repudiate Trump, what he has said, what he has threatened to do? This is a moral imperative for both leaders to say to him that enough. You are about to sink the ship of the patriot Republicans. There is so much at stake and I appeal to both of these leaders Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell), this is the time -- there comes a time in the history of a nation where a stand has to be taken regardless of the political cost. If your candidate wins and he governs the way he has campaigned, my country, this country will have constitutional crisis (like) never before in the history of this country." Vintage Trump kicked the Bronze Star and Purple Heart recipient and his parents and kicked wondrous Americanism, "I think I've made a lot of sacrifices. I work very, very hard. (I created) thousands and thousands of jobs. I think those are sacrifices, I think when I can employ thousands and thousands of people, take care of their education, take care of so many things." Hiring people to make millions is no sacrifice compared to an American soldier protecting his fellow soldiers or to a father and mother whose son was killed defending America. To Trump, only him making money is patriotic. Trump redefines slime. Khizr Khan admirably responded to Trump's attack of Mr. Khan and his wife, "He is a black soul, and this is totally unfit for the leadership of this country. "The love and affection that we have received affirms that our grief -- that our experience in this country has been correct and positive. The world is receiving us like we have never seen. They have seen the blackness of his character, of his soul. (Trump's) policy, his practices, do not reflect that he has any understanding of the basic, fundamental constitutional principles of this country. He talks about excluding people, disrespecting judges, the entire judicial system, immigrants, Muslim immigrants. These are divisive rhetoric that are totally against the basic constitutional principles. Two things are absolutely necessary in any leader or any person who aspires, wishes, to be a leader. That is moral compass and second is empathy. For this candidate for presidency to not be aware of the respect of a Gold Star mother standing there, and he had to take that shot at her, this is height of ignorance, This is why I showed him (the) Constitution. Had he read that, he would know the status a Gold Star mother holds in this nation. (regarding Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell) It is a moral obligation -- history will not forgive them. This election will pass, but history will be written. The lack of moral courage with remain a burden on their souls." His wife, Ghazala Khan, responded to Trump directly, "Walking onto the convention stage, with a huge picture of my son behind me, I could hardly control myself. What mother could? Donald Trump has children whom he loves. Does he really need to wonder why I did not speak? Donald Trump said that maybe I wasn't allowed to say anything. That is not true. My husband asked me if I wanted to speak, but I told him I could not. My religion teaches me that all human beings are equal in God's eyes. Husband and wife are part of each other; you should love and respect each other so you can take care of the family." Trump is slime.
Donald Trump's campaign and business are fueled by the techniques of highly successful white collar criminals. False claims, empty guarantees, hiding the money, strategic confusion, alternate realities, misinformation, diversions, litigation threats, the jobs defense,withholding records, defaming critics, threatening litigation, road blocks to investigation, tax return scams, denying incriminating facts, opulent life style, blaming others, claiming ignorance, minimizing the violation, promises of redemption, cultivating co-conspirators, manipulation, hiding incriminating evidence, selective presentation of information and illicit exploitation human behavior. Trump insults his supporters as he does he business partners, contractors, investors and consumers.
Trump claims that he is a supreme money maker and money manager. So far, his campaign is mostly funded by himself, he claims a $60 million total self funding by August. He has purchased virtually no TV advertising, typically the largest campaign expense. His field operations are puny. His paid staff is small. So where is the money? By the end of June, Trump had raised $89 million, having $20 cash on hand. Where did $69 million go? In July, Trump raised $80 million and by early August had $37 million on hand. Where did $43 million go? This is a total of $112 million spent by early August. Where did it go? Is he paying himself back for his $60 million loan, which he promised he would not recover (though has yet to file the appropriate FEC paperwork as promised in June)? Thief? Super Money Manager? Payola to friends? Follow the money.
Trump demands that The Clinton Foundation be shut down. The Foundation spends its revenues on AIDS prevention and treatment, economic development, health and wellness - particularly for girls and women, malaria treatment and prevention, and combatting malnutrition - mostly to third world countries. Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton receive no income from the Foundation. Yes, some of the large contributors also have dealings with agencies of government for similar initiatives (some of them have also written checks of tens of millions of dollars to Donald Trump, forming the basis of his claimed international expertise). The critical question is - is there any illicit use of the Foundation? None has been found by the Department of Justice or any litigant against Hillary Clinton. If an illicit use of the Foundation is found, investigation and appropriate prosecution should follow. Vague connections have been invented, the Washington game of conspiracy theories. What should be shut down are Donald Trump's businesses, if elected. His tax returns and business records should be disclosed to reveal what he is hiding. He owes China and major investors billions of dollars, far greater than the total revenues of The Clinton Foundation. He will be subject to obvious influence and demands from China and others. He will use the power of the presidency to illicitly absolve his billions of dollars in debt and finally become a billionaire.
Prior to his campaign, Trump bathed in 3,500 lawsuits. During the campaign, Trump announced plans to start a wave of new lawsuits against the media and others. October 22 in Gettysburg, Trump announced that the crown jewel of his "closing argument" (a litigation term) is his promise to sue all the women that responded to his second debate denial of ever sexually assaulting women, as well a Trump insult to the memory of Gettysburg, site of a critical battle of the Civil War (approx 50,000 casualties, the largest loss in the Civil War) and dramatic speech of Abraham Lincoln in 1863. Trump claimed that anyone accusing are liars, exactly what women always hear from their assailants. Trump claims that their lies are debunked; as usual, a lie (the only debunking that Trump relies upon is from a pimp who sold boys to British politicians a two years ago and who was 17 at the time of the sexual assault, hardly credible in any way...but a common trait of criminals - to proffer meaningless 'evidence'). The good news: properly litigated, Trump will be compelled to disclose facts, withheld from the campaign, regarding his income, net worth, assets, liabilities, businesses and collaborators. Trump's proclivity to threaten lawsuits, the crime of blackmail, is an auspicious behavior pattern for a would-be President, forshadowing a Presidency filled with slander against America.
Trump's introduction of two VP candidates July 5 and July 6 revealed signs of dementia and slurred speech. Television commenters noted that Trump was unhinged, acted as if he had been drinking and was exploding. While his speeches followed notable FBI Director and Attorney General decisions, there was little discussion about them by Trump. Instead, he rambled over an hour each time about Republican leaders' observations of his racism, antisemitism and Saddam Hussein envy. He also showed that he has pathological need for approval from famous people. When he doesn't get it, he calls Republicans juvenile names, resorts to pornographic language and brags about the size of his genitals. He spoke to a mosquito as if it were Hillary Clinton. More repetitively and disjointed than usual, Trump displayed a need for medical attention, and displayed that he is unstable and cannot manage the duties of President of the United States. At all his rallies August 11, Trump appeared under the influence of tranquilizers. Daily, Trump exemplifies mental instability with megalomania (a mental illness characterized by delusions of grandeur, power, wealth, affluence and a lust or craving for power) and narcissism (an inordinate fascination with oneself; excessive self-love; vanity). Trump also brags about seeing things that never happened, like large New Jersey crowds cheering the 9/11 tragedy and 'secret' videos. He believes that he is the most powerful person in history. His paranoia is further revealed by his unprecedented spending on security using 11 security firms costing about $1 million even while he is protected by the US Secret Service at taxpayer expense (hundreds of thousands more). Unquestionably, Trump is delusional. Trump has a deeply seated hatred of himself and criticism exacerbates it. His defense mechanisms: xenophobia, bigotry and dilusions of superiority.
Trump supporters have repressed caution, questioning and need for transparency. To them, Trump can do not wrong and do not care about his xenophobia, bigotry, vulgarity, ethical vacuum, vile name calling, irrationality and financial secrets. Trump is their biggest hero and they are giving themselves to him. Trump himself has the characteristics of a cult leader: grandiose idea of who he is and what he can achieve, is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success/power/brilliance, has a sense of entitlement - expecting to be treated special at all times that allows him to bend rules and break laws, is arrogant and haughty in his behavior or attitude, is hypersensitive to how he is seen or perceived by others, publicly devalues others as being inferior/incapable/not worthy, is frequently boastful of accomplishments, needs to be the center of attention and does things to distract others to insure that he or she is being noticed by arriving late/using exotic clothing/overdramatic speech/by making theatrical entrances, behaves as though people are objects to be used/manipulated/exploited for personal gain, anyone who criticizes or questions him is called an enemy, believes himself to be omnipotent, has magical answers or solutions to problems, habitually puts down others as inferior and only he is superior, is a narcissist, is strongly xenophobic and believes he possesses the answers and solutions to world problems. They believe in magic wands and fairy dust. Trump is the best example of a cult leader we now have.
